My package(Kickstarter backer) arrived at the postoffice and I was supposed to pay 18 euro for shipping!!!!!???? WTF!!!??? I did not accept the package so it got send back. Several messages to the creator thru kickstarter asking for a refund, they don't reply. A message on their website asking for a refund, no reply. DON'T BUY THIS!!!! They don't know anything about customer care. This is what I know about it: if you don't take care of your customers your company won't stay around for long.
I agree they don't know how to serve customs to their satisfaction. I too was charged extra even though the order said Free shipping. I spoke to customer service from globa website and it was a long grueling process to get anything done
@@susancasey9076 After one year I got an email that things had gone wrong and if I wanted to fill in a survey so that they could get it to me after all. I filled in the survey and got it send to me free of charge, didn't had to pay tax or anything. I never unpacked it or used it though, still lying around somewhere untouched.
Thanks for the review i was looking at this one for my iphone xs and now i will not get it! Can i ask have tried any more lenses since... and do you recommend anything other than the expensive moment or sandmarc?
Thanks for watching! I think that the concept of putting a lens in front of the cameras small lens and sensor is flawed. Best to get a cheap solution on Ebay, and pay less than 10 dollars, I think that the shiftcam is about the same quality.
jkhollywood thanks for the reply and making videos! Yes I think I will do that just to see what I will get. I even heard the shiftcam 2 travel is not that great.
Did you try using it without a case on your phone? I have a super cheap version of lens' and it wasn't sitting well with my case on once I removed the case it fit and focused perfectly fine
Yes, I used it with a case and without. Actually the Iphone X is very slippery and so it is hard to get a grip with the clip system unless you are taking single photos.

Shiftcam just released a kickstarter a day ago with lens adaptors with a higher quality glass, so perhaps that one will be better, but these ones were not good!
