Hello Polly, Cooper and the PfP team Enjoyed this class so much! I sat down for the workout today (I normally try to stand as much as I can) and felt it made a real difference, particularly around my core and tummy muscles; I’m trying to focus in on my overall posture and strength at the moment and trying to keep a straight back also, so felt, as always, the class to be both worthwhile and beneficial. I enjoyed all the different elements and felt so much better for having done this workout. I particularly enjoyed you incorporating the range of motion, as well as the memory and co-ordination exercises into the routines today. The ‘left and right’ side challenges were another great addition and they highlighted to me that I really need to work more on my right side. They definitely ‘helped’ my tummy muscles too and am certainly feeling it now! Must try and remember to breath, whilst exercising, next time though hahaha! Lovely to see Cooper enjoying himself, with his tail wagging 10 to the dozen! Best wishes and thank you for putting this together. Amanda - feeling energised and hoping for a good sleep tonight 😉

Thank you Polly and all the other instructors and those who work behind the scenes for PFP . These exercises are good cardio too and on days that I’m a bit lazy sitting and doing these really help boost my spirits and gets my heart pumping too. I’m glad I chanced upon power for Parkinson’s while surfing the internet. It has made such a difference in my Parkinson’s journey. You all put in your best and your efforts are so appreciated. Great session Poly. We liked the emphasis on the left and right sides. We have been watching a lot of the Olympics and marvelling at the skills of the gymnasts. They of course train and practice a lot. Have you been watching. ? What is your favour sport to watch? Have a good weekend Paula and Jon
