    How much does it make? Can you store it on the shelf or do you need to refrigerate and eat straight away?

    Do water bath or steambath to preserve

    If you leave the peeled and halved onions in water while chopping will stop you crying. How many small jars would that make? 😊

    This isn't marmalade. It is jam. Marmalade is made with citrus rind.
