Building a house there. Live in Virginia Beach, Virginia day job logistics and I am a DJ , stay busy making money in the U.S. get back to the R.D. as often as possible. Have a Dominican Family , Puerto Plata, Sousa, the country side ( el campo ) Always value information from english speaking expats on their take of things. My R.D. family are all spanish speaking.

So Mask 😷 are required everywhere in The Dominican Republican unless you are just in your front yard. Even on a motorcycle 🏍 . I have not had one person in a government building ask for my vaccination card . I go to the bank all the time and you just have to have your mask on . Hope that helps .
