RE7 is the best horror game ever made. It is truly that terrifying. This game is amazing and they should always strive to make games this scary. Especially in this Franchise. I’m scared that since so many people were put off they’ll make the next games less scarier
This is why RE Village was tuned down on the scariness and the action fantasy was increased. Which annoyed me. Because re7 is my favourite horror game.
Resident evil 7 is TERRIBLE! Your character never feels like running even though there's people trying to kill you. Apart from the baker's who are the bosses. There's only 3 different enemies in it. And Jack is just annoying mire than scary after 5 minutes playing it
RE7 is only scary in VR. Then it really comes into its own. Still doesn't touch PT for shear terror though. That game in VR would surely give people panic attacks.

Resident Evil 7 is probably the most terrifying RE game. Even the DLCs were terrifying.
