I sat down and visualized keeping feeling and clarity in mind. I felt it! I was smiling like really smiling and so happy living that moment. This was really powerful. I think I m getting better at this ... Such a good feeling. Thank you!
I am so happy to hear that. There are few places and moments that I have kept to go back to in my meditation they put me in such a good place sometimes I have a hard time leaving it :). Another place o be is in the state of gratitude when meditating really puts things in perspective of how blessed we are. Its an unexplainable state when you are feeling all the emotions of living a moment in your life. At first it might feel weird smiling in your meditation but don't stop it infact enjoy it. Smile from cheek to cheek as you live that moment in your mind till its normalized in your subconciois state and then soon you will see it manifested in your life.
