The only way I've truly mastered my thoughts is by allowing myself to feel negative and not being afraid of it. I don't believe in the "just think positive" mumbo jumbo. I allow myself to feel and trust that I'm feeling this for a reason and I'm honoring that. Forcing myself to think positive or let go doesn't work.

@@Vibrationoftheuniverse2505 it took me a decade of awakening to ultimately come to this conclusion sadly and yes it has drastically impacted the way I interact with the world around me and how I view things. My awakening ultimately started with The Power Of Now by Eckhartt Tolle in 2015 and after almost a decade of digging into everything from consciousness to sacred geometry to quantum physics and everything in between that was the best I could come up with. The universe is a brain/consciousness and our brains/consciousness project the world around us as we believe it exists and together our universal consciousness is what creates our reality so if enough of us raise our consciousness we could create a whole new world. I could also be completely wrong because there's no way to prove any of this.
My GOD and my CREATOR are my parents. Those are the two people who give me life feed me love me protect me and teach me how to be a good person live a humble life and be free of all man-made GOD.

The only way I've truly mastered my thoughts is by allowing myself to feel negative and not being afraid of it. I don't believe in the "just think positive" mumbo jumbo. I allow myself to feel and trust that I'm feeling this for a reason and I'm honoring that. Forcing myself to think positive or let go doesn't work.

My awakening ultimately started with The Power Of Now by Eckhartt Tolle in 2015 and after almost a decade of digging into everything from consciousness to sacred geometry to quantum physics and everything in between that was the best I could come up with. The universe is a brain/consciousness and our brains/consciousness project the world around us as we believe it exists and together our universal consciousness is what creates our reality so if enough of us raise our consciousness we could create a whole new world. I could also be completely wrong because there's no way to prove any of this.
