@@margarethsitanggang5890 go to your highlight. Then press on the three dots in the lower right corner. Then press remove highlight. Then when you want to put the highlight back on your page you go to your profile -> tap the three lines in the upper right corner -> tap on archive -> if not on story already go to stories on the top of your screen -> now you can see all your stories including the one you archived -> when you want to put it back on your account tap on the story you want -> then tap highlights -> then put it in a highlight or make a new one. Sorry if I wrote a lot lol

Please tell us how we can access older highlight stories as Instagram only shows 100. The only way to bring back the old ones seems to be to delete more recent ones, and the next most recent ones will be visible again.
