I think, if you are signed in with your Instagram, then your Treads will be related to that Instagram. So, sign out of that Instagram account, then sign in with your a different Instagram account, and that will be a different Thread account. In other words, your Instagram will determine which Thread account you will be related to.
Did they remove the ability to post your Threads posts to your Instagram feed? I used the feature a few times but now there's only the ability to share to your story.

Be careful! You can't delete your Threads account without also deleting your Instagram account. That may be one the points that goes against EU laws.
So if i link my business Instagram account with Thread account, to delete the Thread i have to delete my Instagram account.? Correct

I finally discovered how to create threads on the Threads App.
