- Dakota Ditcheva delivers a punchy account of her rise to the top. The Mancunian has faced four opponents in the last year and knocked each one out.
When asked about her future plans, Ditcheva remained grounded despite her skyrocketing fame.
"I'm kind of just going to keep doing my thing," she said. While she is under contract with PFL for another year, she hinted at exploring other options, possibly even the UFC.

She destroyed one of the top girls the UFC had (Taila Santos), who arguably beat Valentina Shevchenko, if it wasn't for a headbutt from Valentina that caused damage to Taila eye, Taila would have won hands down.

@@danarnekthe pfl is not ppv based. She won a competition/tournament which was paid by a sponsor. The ufc is ppv based, her earning potential is exponentially higher in the UFC. Fighters burn out and hit their earning cap in the pfl relatively quickly, which is why the natural progression and goal is the UFC because in the UFC as long as you keep winning and attract ppv audience then your earning potential is limitless, whereas the pfl has no incentives. What you sign for is how much you make, period.

She is the best striker in all of women’s MMA. If you can find the girl that’s better let me know her name. I’ll watch the video, but I don’t know one plus she’s got strength. I was in some of her if she watch some of her fights the way she Can push around some other fighters like even grapplers so they don’t get her down on the mat and I she uses her length so perfectly and she hits so precisely and has such power that grapplers have a hard time shooting order because they get kicked in the face and it stops them instantaneously. They can’t power through it because she hits too hard, watch the Santos fight again when they’re against the cage Santos is trying to push it to get her on the floor Dakota pressing her against the cage. I just punched her in the stomach until finally Santos quits. She goes to the body like I’ve never seen before an MMA. I’ve never seen anyone. Get chaos from body shots like she does. it’s amazing. Her mom must’ve trained her hours a day to be precise.

Seems like she’s doing things at her own pace. She’s still really young and is doing it smart by developing her skills as she moves up. Jumping up too quickly and she could get hurt and flame out before she’s had a chance to be the champion. I think she’s being smart doing it this way. The UFC will be there when she’s ready. I can’t wait to see her fight at that level. She’s a lot of fun to watch fight.

Conor didn’t make the UFC, the UFC was already popular for a decade before Conor came in. He became a star by joining the best MMA organization in the world. Dakota can’t do that with the PFL because the PFL sucks and will most likely be out of business within 5 years. She needs to go to the UFC to become a real star.

@@stu2333 ufc has the best competition of any other mma organisation. Problem is that there are a lot less female fighters then men. In the UFC alone last time i calculated I found that only 17% of all fighters are women.

She wasn't paid a million! That was the tournament prize money her actual fight purse for each fight is probably around $40k or less
It's a tricky situation that kayla Harrison went through where you can either keep doing the tournaments and aim to win the $1m but have to win 4 fights or leave for the ufc and get a higher rate per fight especially if she became championship
Not true! They gave her a cheque for $1 million at the end of the fight. In this tournament, there were six $1 million fights.
