About the Bulgarian food, when you go on holiday during the summer in Bulgaria ask your relatives or your Bulgarian friends and fans to find for you an original (water) buffalo tomato (Домат "Биволско сърце") for you. Just taste it ripe and raw without any additives such a vinegar, vegetable oils and salt. In anyway in cold winter or cold weather you could drink a popular in Bulgaria herbs like dried blossoms from Lime Tree (Липов цвят) and Elder Tree (Цвят от бял бъз). You could find them in Bulgarian shops in hole England. I used to sweeten the teа from Lime Tree with concentrated syrup of Elder Tree when I lived in London. The both herbs help to breathe easily not just when you get cold but you could use them when you train to improve your endurance. They do not contain any banned compounds if you are being tested. I wish you all the best in the new 2025, be in good health, good spirit and achieve in all your goals and wishes! PS: And do not forget that only Hristo Stoichkov can beat Arnold Schwarzenegger in English!
