Wow wow wow, this brand is in a class of its own. Toyota, Ford, Mazda, and the likes don't consider fitting such tech and luxury in their bakkies. They just give them a bit of power, bare plastic, and cloth interior, and call it a day at almost a million rands 🤦♂️ As for the self-driving, I'd like to try that myself as well. Great video man 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
Honestly Haval and GWM are making it hard to review other brands. You are forced to treat them as outliers in your head when reviewing because nothing adds up🤔
Great video, Subbed, keep up the good work, very well done. As your channel grows, maybe get a go pro on the steering column to show the instrument panel as a picture-in-picture or to switch too. Really like your work, as a fellow South African RUclipsr, it is not easy to grow but you are doing well.
Appreciate the feedback FusionSource. With time I will work on getting more and improved equipment for ease of communication. Very much appreciate your presence.🙂🙂🙂
They are really pushing boundries and giving us a room to breath in the pocket. Great value for money. Please check Haval Pretoria's contact details in the description. They can hook you up with one.
Thanks a lot. I only did a walkaround of the car here: ruclips.net/video/2fxkvmVozrw/видео.html I will try score a test drive and do some review on it.
Great review, would you consider maybe doing another review, I read that they recieved a software update to fix the turbo lag issues, I am curios as to whether it makes it more "drivable"
I'm a Chinese. I drive a gwmh6 now. I'm not surprised by your surprise. I changed my car from Chevrolet sail. It can be said that this ACC is very easy to use, but the fuel consumption is a little high, but it's OK!
@@sebuwam awesome, which dealership you did the review with, It looks like somewhere in Gezina right? Speaking of real value for money 🤜👌 the LT is almost as twice as cheaper compared to long term serving brands and yet LT still gives you more safety and luxury features. You cant believe I have electric windows, cruise control, bluetooth infotainment, step hill assist + aircon on their single cab entry level bakkie.
@@BentelMutero I review most of the GWM/Haval vehicles from Golden Era Gezina. This was also done from there. Amazing warmth from them, bought a car from them a while back. Look, the P-Series is in a market of loyalists. Those who loved one brand from when they were driven by their grandfathers to this day. You know once someone tells you a story of a bakkie brand that's been running in the family for generations it won't be easy to tell them otherwise but the P-Series keeps shocking them, it's not the most powerful but the asking price does not match the spec and quality level which makes many people pick it because once you get inside, it won't be easy not to pick it🤞🏾
Not sure. I actually chickened out on the sharp curves as there were too many cars and trucks around me. On wider curves it adjusted properly. I did a sharp curve in the H6 Lux it was braking accordingly. I did not drive the Jolion Super Lux unfortunately. What I know is even Tesla does not always get it right so this tech is a bit dangerous and can cause accidents if you over rely on it. You really need a clear road with visible lanes and signs or else the car will not react on time. We can blame the cars' systems but not all roads are the same and people really need to understand that the car will not react as quick as a person (at least for now).
Very impressive. Although different to Volvo which will break, but then after that continue again. I'm talking about 2015 Volvo. But this is the best double cab especially with this pricing. 👌
As usual, thanks a lot Aphiwe...🙂. Well I'd take the H6 even now. I am just not yet due to change a car. But I can't put a P-Series with them can I? But if it gets to a point where I have to use the P-Series for the same reasons I would use the H6 like 5 seater and a massive boot space. I'd still take the H6🤣
The flickering is caused by your camera's shutter speed. Thays just the way cameras work but you can eliminate it by shooting under natural light or continuous artificial light.
@@sebuwam definitely not easy on a go pro. Th mirrorless flagship like Sony A7Siii or Fujifilm Xh2s or the expensive film cameras can sort that out. Difficult to do on a GoPro even if it has the ability to change shutterspeed.
@@sithabelamandlawenkosiwodu6298 True. I use go pro for all POV drives, which is a challenge. I realised that sometimes one can resolve it by upping the instrument brightness, especially during the day.
Awesome beast! It caught the mainstream manufacturers with their pants down. It is a better product for almost half the price they are asking. And no gimmicks such as fancy paint and plastic jobs.
One thing I hate about adaptive cruise control is the fact that the car frequently prompts uou to put your hands on the steering wheel. Kind of defeats the purpose for me.
That's when it mixed with lane keeping and centering. Otherwise you have to keep your hands on the steering wheel all the time. They are just avoiding situations where one will sleep as they are not fully autonomous cars.
I am struggling with this camera language. Still learning about those two😥. Shutter speed is even worse for me. I will keep learning, I have another video with this issue and I decided not to work on it and it took me so much time to shoot.
