Try squeezing your shoulder blades together. That's one of many methods. I'll come out with a video on this shortly!

You can be technically proficient without being professional. This guy never claimed to be better than any of these guys, he’s just saying what could technically be more proper.

Unfortunately NFL kickers have become too good for their own good. Field goals now successful nearly 90%. Imagine baseball hitters batting .850 -.900. Or Quarterbacks completing 85-90% of their passes, or pitchers striking out 85-90% of batters. When any element of a game becomes too one sided the game becomes too predictable and BORING! They lowered the pitching mound in 1969 because pitchers had become so dominant that .300 hitters were becoming extinct. It was the right move and it made the game more exciting. . NFL moved extra points from the 20 to 33 yards now they need to narrow the goal posts to 12 feet from the current 18 ft 6 in. That would result in a success rate of maybe 80% from 20-29 yds (99% currently) , 70% from 30-39 yds (96% now) 50-55% from 40-49 yds (85% now) and 25 -33% for kicks over 50 yds (65% now) field goals period. Perhaps as compensation for the greater difficulty for kicks over 50 yds they could be worth 4 points instead of 3. Also, this would probably result in an extra point success rate of around 75% meaning teams might be more willing to go for the more exciting two point conversion.
