Hey, this works! I am a diehard AC/DC fan and I heard all the hate about Axl singing with them, but you know what, I like it! This is good. I can't see a better choice actually.
PULL YOUR HEAD FROM OUT OF YOUR ANUS. Now that I have yelled at you and got that off my chest, maybe they could have considered a younger, better talented vocalist. Would have been nice of them to bring a great unknown to the limelight. Would have been some really good exposure for a up and coming. Your opinion is yours tho. I respect that.

Axl was a lot better in 87, he doesn't quite have the same feel in his singing as he used to.

Christian Herrera I don't think it's the environment, although I'm not denying that the excitement of performing with AC/DC probably helped. I think it was the fact that he was rehearsing with AC/DC heavily. He even got his old vocal coach to train him again. Plus a few warmup shows help.

I saw AC/DC last year in cologne and 2 days ago in Düsseldorf - and it's clear: This year's concert with Axl Rose was FAR better! Better show, better overall sound (great job, sound technicians *salutes*) and better overall mood of the audience!
Everyone who gave his ticket back missed a real historic and great event!

I don't see them making another album, especially with Axl. As great as they've always been and as big as they are, I still think they call it a day after this tour. Hell no one's left beside Angus and Cliff. It's just not AC/DC anymore. God bless them.

Axl Rose, as legendary as he is in his own right, he must feel like he is living his own personal karaoke heaven... what fan of ACDC wouldn't want to be up on that stage giving it socks to those songs?! There isn't an ACDC fan alive that wouldn't give it 110% to those songs... fucking brilliant!

There's only one Young who can play, and he's old, but still great, still worthy of being a legend. The others, especially the rhythm, are hopeless.

5? I always thought he could reach 8 octaves:) I don't know how many octaves exist, but i do know Axl can reach lots of them:) He is a very gifted rockstar and I like both Guns N' Roses and AC/DC, but my favorite band of all time is Guns N' Roses. Peace!

Damn. Axl actually pulled it off. You know it would've sounded even better in person since smartphones don't really do a good job of capturing the real sound coming from the amps & speakers. I'd give them if a shot if they were coming to my neighborhood for a show.

This crowd was so lucky, get the best of two worlds. Singer of guns n roses in top notch vocal condition and the band members of AC DC in top notch overall condition (minus Brian ofc)

I lived in Germany for 3 years and found the German people to be some of the friendliest people I have ever met. It was a really, really good experience. I lived in Mannheim, about 40 minutes south of Frankfurt.
I am a German living close to Mannheim. I hope you enjoyed your stay :). What did you do there?
Like most Americans there I was in the military I worked in Mannheim and lived in Ludwigshafen(I hope I spelled that right) and the German people were absolutely GREAT hosts. I had some of the best times of my life in Germany hanging out with the locals. I want to apologize on behalf of America for some of the loud, drunk, obnoxious Americans that were there when I was. Most behaved well, like they were guests in another country. but there were the exceptions and for them I want to apologize. LOL But seriously, I really did have a great time and found the German people to very welcoming to a young kid from the mid-west who had never been out of the country before. I actually thought about staying there to live but family obligations brought me back to the states. All of that was just from you asking me what I did there, probably more than you expected or wnted. LOL

Real AC/DC fans should respect the fact that AC/DC asked Axl to sing for them for the sake of the tour. Now for those who nitpick AXl's weight, aren't you forgetting that Brian Johnson also used to be thin when he was young and now he's got a gut sticking out. It's called aging. And for those who still want to nitpick, let me hear YOU hit those high notes yourself and let's see if you could do a better job.
