Tom Clancy's The Division 2 is an online-only action role-playing video game developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. The sequel to Tom Clancy's The Division (2016), it is set in a near-future Washington, D.C. in the aftermath of a genetically engineered virus known as "Green Poison" being released, and follows an agent of the Strategic Homeland Division as they try to rebuild the city. The game was released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on March 15, 2019.

I love regen builds that survivability. What I like is you are popping less armor kits and if you run out of armor kits that regen really helps a whole lot. You can make it very strong using the catharsis exotic mask with bonus armor like adrenaline rush. I don't know if you said it in the video but you have every piece of gear expertise lvl 24..which is an insane amount of exotic components needed to reach..maybe with the changes to expertise it's more reasonable now but should be noted as another reason your able to reach that high regen amount

I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure Scorpio status effects are dependent on number of pellets to hit target and not SE%.

@@jdotmay but the amount of time each status remains on the target and the damage it causes depends on Status Effect % , I think that's why he mentioned Scorpio while using Golan since the first bonus it gives is Status Effect
@@FullHackable no, it doesn’t, not for Scorpio, that’s why he said that. Read the talent description of Scorpio.
@@josephoneal9264 I know how the Scorpio stacks works, I meant the duration of those stacks. Use a Eclipse Protocol build with Scorpio and a full red build with no SE Bonus on it and see the difference, the duration of the shock and poison last a lot more when using Eclipse, when I use it with my all red they go away pretty fast.

i have the same buuld like you but how is my armor regeneration limited to 101,066 and yours is 130k armor regeneration
Question, I have the exact same gear pieces with armor regen rolled on each optimized to max. You have 130k armor regen on your build whereas I only have 65k armor regen? That's more than double the armor regen with the exact same amount of armor regen per piece @ 4,925HP/s. What am I missing? Expertise on individual pieces increases Armor only, so how is your armor regen so high when it is constant to the build on each piece? I am sitting at expertise 12 on all pieces @ 2mil armor. Armor regen based on the amount of armor surely cannot be THAT big a difference with yours sitting at 2.1 mil armor. More than double armor regen for you @ expertise 24, is that such a big difference due to expertise? I don't get it.
It's because this gear it's from the PTS (Public Test Servers). Those are the gears changes for next update coming in February 6th. Watch the bonus stats and compare to what you have currently. I explained all of that in the video

Is this build worth now before the patch? I'm looking for a ouroboros regen build but i dont know what is the best one for now
The difference of this build before the PTS phase 1 it's that it has less Armor Regen I believe it can go up to 120ish (I could be wrong). The changes on the PTS phase 1 will just buff the hell of that Armor Regen.

Not every build it's good for legendary missions. This build it's not meant for that
Build protection from elite build. 70% PFE with Striker is pretty good. You just have to with out for red/purples but elites and Chungas don't hurt you too much.
Great video, should make a video mid tier player, that doesn't have high end gear out of 10 videos I seen everyone has end gear
It's pretty easy to get high end gear in this game. Why complain about it? Blue and Superior gear are trash and it's only useful while leveling up to 40 and sometimes you get high end before that, once you get to 40, everything you equip should be high end, if you're not doing this, you just don't know what you're doing

@@skoden9770 you mean The Negotiators Dilemma? It's a pretty nice gear set, there's some very specific builds like the one in the video that is a bit more pain to assemble though, but is nice to run something different some times
Based on your build i have done the same thing but my stats Armor Regen still in +1.0% instead of +3.0% . why?

gila guard seems so just be really good for non 4pc gearset build in general
imagine the unbreakable + adrenaline rush combo using 3 gila guard 2 golan 1 belstone (6% regen without needing to stack) in pvp
just roll into people infinitely and tickle them until they pull out foam
Heath stat should be changed to something like damage to elites. Bring THAT back. Its the most unless stat

thats not bad but usually i recommend damage to target out of cover because it covers any enemy plus the value it's higher
So as usual with this game, the updated Intimidate talent will be super fun in the pts so then they'll nerf it once again before it comes to the live game. It happens every pts

These stats are on the PTS (Public Test Server) he is testing on. New stat changes for Gila & Golan pieces. This is not in the game yet. Update will be released February 6th. Hopefully they do not change it with the update.

Instead of two Golan one belstone and Murakami is another way
Only if you have the Emperor's Guard kneepads , but you wouldn't be able to use Hunter Killer . You would also lose 10% TA . Golan is obviously the way to go .
the key is in the memento talent for this build. Golan gear take too much space gear only for 1% regen and health are useless if armor are thick.. nice try btw. test it in legendary solo.
well, without the mamento stacks I'm already at 130k armor regen at all time, but yeah mamento does make a huge part on this build to put it at 193k. Also I don't know if you miss it in the video but golan got buffed to 2% armor regen instead of 1%

You can do this build because you have 24 expertise, no way some normal people follow and get some decent damage.

lose memento put named bellstone backpack with perfect bloodsucker and the build becomes wayy better
Bellstone with PB gives you 1% armor regen + 12% bonus armor on kill , Memento gives you 60% Bonus armor each trophy , up to 3% armor regen , weapon damage and skill efficiency . What's wayy better about that 🤣🤣🤣?
the fact that perfect bloodsucker synergises perfectly with Hunter killer giving u bing chanks of extra armor instantly and for more time instead of needin to run wherever your mementos dropped
