Too hard to get whispered breathing activated with all the enemy’s.
Yeah and missing or not hitting a crit kinda defeats the purpose of the weapon, it's very unforgiving unless nothing is hitting you

The witch appears in the boss fight at the end, the more dmg you do the less the witch spawns with when the lucent hive come out before the third faze
Did you pick Darcy for the flex and memes or is there some benefit?
probably just for a backup barrier weapon, since they were dumping all their supremacy ammo into champs. Something like forerunner and maybe the ikelos sniper, or just any good energy, paired with a machine gun or other good heavy is likely better for the end boss
I shit you not this is the first time I've ever seen darci used outside of weapon testing in private matches
DOUBLE sniper also goes crazy but I guess you can do that when consecration vaporizes anything it hits

@@raknikmik they aren't consistently landing hits on the boss with darci in the latter half though. And I haven't personally tested, but apparently the maximum damage bonus is just 15%. So even with this and surges, the damage output is very low for using up your heavy, while forerunner has ammo much more readily available

Anyone know how to drop the Charge in controller?
You switch weapons just before placing the charge. So on Xbox, you'd hold X to plant the charge, but you need to press Y at the very last second.
if you use controllers with paddles it'll be easy. I changed my right my paddle to --> button, then set uncharge melee to R1 and charged melee to --> button. I used my left paddle to slide, right paddle for charged melee. ezz
