@@Kephers7I think it’s like $1300 or $1400 without the AMS unit and about $1600 or $1700 with the AMs unit. The AMS unit allows for multiple materials or colors in one print
If you want something a little cheaper I would go with ender3 v3 se not as good as x1carbon it cante go as fast and can only print one color but it’s pretty big has direct drive and auto leveling
For everyone confused, a higher framerate makes videos appear faster. how would a video that shows 30 frames within one second contain more info than a video with 60 frames within one second? You may be thinking of high speed cameras that capture in the ten-thousands of frames per second, but they are still recording in real time, the editors and people after the fact (SloMoGuys have insane cameras that have firmware and external players that are able to do the post processing right then and there for review) but all slow motion video is normal video just edited. For example if I have a 5 second clip, that I want to stretch out to 30 seconds, but still want a 30fps slow-mo, I would shoot in 180 fps (have to multiply your target fps by your target time/shooting time factor) and just stretch my 5 second clip post production.
My dad got me the Bambu lab P1S this year for Christmas. I am an 11 year old girl who fantasies in the art of 3D printing and technology. I have been using it a lot and learned how to function it myself. I am currently printing a large dragon! The P1S moves at almost the same speed as the Bambu Lab X1.
Carbon fiber filaments do not increase strength. They actually do the opposite since these are literally tiny fragments of carbon fiber used as filler in the material. It actually makes the prints LESS durable and more brittle.
They don’t tell you that the extruder clogs easily, the lidar system can’t detect that it isn’t putting down a first layer and the filament feed system is faulty. If it worked as promised all the time it would be amazing.
I mean it is good definitely not the best although its up there there are ones just like that if not better then the x1 carbon the prisa mk4 or prusa xl without all its issues would be just as good especially with its 5 tool head switching ability
Yeah, best if You get a working machine. If anything is wrong good luck with the support 😂 I had to go though bank to get my money back. Never buying from them again. The printer has potential but the customer service is just horrible 😐
I got fed up with my Ender 5 Pro and picked up one of these. I will probably do a Mercury one.1 upgrade on the Ender 5 because I don’t want to get rid of it, but the goal of the X1 Carbon is to print things, not for you to learn about printers. I get people being upset at that, but I also see it as being great to make it more accessible.
The thing is... Creality has a far more s sus cloud service and people still use that. And creality is still chinese and their printers still connect to wifi and have same capabilities of tracking your wifi traffic.

Glad it’s a good printer for that $1,500 price tag. Can’t have that money go to waste.
@@rats_n_dogs5485 I think the p1p is $699 just not enclosed.
I was expecting it to be much more... that isn't bad even just for a hobbist printer
Wouldn't happen to know if it can use alumide or other metal filaments
1600 😂😂😂😂
The footage isnt sped up, it just has the frame rate increased.
Decreased*

where did you get it?
Every printer needs maintenance
Literally can’t wait to get one of these.

Definitely not sped up💀
to be fair, the first part wasn't sped up
The timelapses are obviously timelapses but I have a bambu x1 and that thing is actually as fast as the first clip

@@air8536yeah it is I also own one
Every layer tells a story! The precision and creativity of 3D printing are absolutely mind-blowing!
Just a heads up that white filament he's using is literally called speed filament. It's designed to print fast as possible.
Seriously these are good , if yoy want the same durability and print quality grt the A1
Today is Christmas and I got a flashforge 3-D printer and it is so fast it shakes my whole desk
I love my bambú p1S with the AMS , might get the x1 carbon in the future

My friends first printer is the x1c
I must Say its amazing
Carbon infused not carbon fiber
They infuse carbon in plastic to improve durability🙂
Carbon fibre filaments exist, chopped up strands of carbon fibre are infused in the filament, its intresting, a bit stronger

I still thing its very weak
But not lighter@@TheDarkElk
My dad just bought one and it’s amazing. I finished the scraper in 1 hour. I asked my friend how long it took his to make one he said 2 1/2

Bambu lab locking down their printers rn making it a horrible choice for people who customize their printers

Why do people still buy x1 carbons for double the price of a P1S when they have the same specs except for the nozzle and screen 😭
I need clips from these but I don’t know anyone!!
P1s x1corbon are close to the same thing
I would love to make interlocable mashrabiyas
so does the P1P but you can customize it its cheaper and the only downside is that it cant print carbon without upgrades

with just one ams you can do 4 color's, however you can daisy chain 4 ams's so that you can do up to 16
