The platonic density of this video is quite profound. I really enjoyed the supple, concussive heat of the food. I would have liked it more though if there was a more tangy and rich creaminess to the mouth feel of the food.

I must be the only one who enjoys his vocabulary and his descriptions of the food. Really paints a picture when you can't actually taste it. That being said, he should learn what some of the words that he uses mean.

I ate at Black Axe Mangal back in 2019. One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Lee is an amazing chef

One of my favorite ramen restaurants in San Jose played Japanese punk rock super loud to keep the cooks pumped up. Loved the music. Food was pretty good too.

this is easily one of the most interesting restaurants I've seen on The Meat Show. That lamb offal flat bread made me want to buy a ticket to London.

I liked this Eater video better than a lot of them. It was quite a bit more charming, yeah?
Why do some people, like this guy take such intense bites into sandwiches and burgers? Like they hold them with two hands, brace themselves then lunge in there really fast and take a massive chunk out and whip their heads back up...like wtf is that? You can get the exact same bite and flavour by just moving the sandwich to your mouth and taking a bite without all this intense fast head movement.
He's trying to get a decent amount of everything in there all in one bite. Sandwiches, Burgers and so on are designed to be eaten all together, and you can miss some of it on the first bite if you don't bite big enough. Nick is a food critic so it's important that he tastes everything on the first bite, which helps him give a better first impression.
I was hard pressed to find any metal in this restaurant, let alone black metal (although I do love KISS...).
