I’m interested in the homes in west Phoenix and their futures (Maryvalre, Alhambra, etc). I know they’re less desirable neighborhoods which explains why they hold the floor of Phoenix’s prices. A lot of folks from out of town consider these homes first because they’re at the top end of their budget

Im actually from Maryvale myself, my family lives there. To be honest it has been turning around and I see a lot of potential in it.
