Peter I have a mildly professional TIP!!! it is: If your art is terrible, the next drawing will be better :) if your art is great: the next drawing will be better! If you never draw another picture, your art wont get better
Peter, you are the only person I have cared to listen to ramble.. You always talk about nothing and everything at the same time. I came to your channel for the art but stayed for the rambling. I thoroughly enjoy your content. You exude creativity, it's weird.. I like to think that I'm a wordsmith. My favorite form of art is language and your language is just as "abstract" as most of your art. In my opinion, it could be conceived that the main content of your channel could be your abstract thoughts, with a side of abstract drawing. If the titles of your videos were different. I'm sure if you were asked you would say that you have no favorite form of art, and I don't think you realise it but you are an incarnation of art. It's a conumdrum, honestly. Well that's my small ramble in reply to your ramble for the day. I would like to hear your thoughts on this. Hope you are well, A Random Fan.
What I gleamed from this video is to be confident and sure of yourself when your drawing the lines. Also, screw what other people think. If you like it then it's good. Peter, you are inspiring and truly an incredible person. Thank you for being you!
I love when you talk. You are so genuine and smart and you seem so open minded. I just started watching your videos and you've already reached the top of my favorite RUclipsrs
I had the same art teacher in school for 6 years, from the 7th grade until I graduated HS and he rarely if ever told us what to create. Teachers had more freedom in those days. He had a cabinet full of supplies and we just got out what we wanted and started creating, if we needed help, we asked for help. Those days in his class fostered my creativity like nothing else.
Peter, you are the best kind of teacher. and art teacher, best of all human! Peter you inspire many and display that being true and unique is beautiful, that being yourself is ok and can be safe in a world that is afraid to accept and embrace one's individuality.
dear Peter I watch to many of your videos to the point where when I'm in class talking to my friends I'll be drawing some sort of style of yours and I enjoy it because it reminds me of the things you can inspire people to do. You've made me think differently about many many things thank you . (PS this is not a proper letter because it is on a drawing video in the comments section)
I think it is helpful to try drawing in different styles, even if they aren't styles you admire outright. I found a style I am great at accidentally by taking a request to draw something I normally wouldn't. I never once thought I would enjoy drawing in that style but it came so naturally I could express the scenes and moods in my head that were getting lost by trying to achieve a style that I struggled with. The satisfaction that comes from capturing on paper the true essence of what was in your mind is a game changer. Style is superfluous.
I appreciate your calm nature, you remind me to be mindful and that life is not a race. I sent your mind mapping video to my girlfriend because she’s in a tough time right now. I do believe your way of approaching life will help her. This channel is extremely underrated, you deserve praise. I’m happy I found your channel

Everytime I'm having a panic attack, which is a lot lately.. I go to a dark room and I put Peter on, and by the end of the video, I'm feeling better. I'm so glad you exist. Thank you.
after i found you on youtube, my aimless doodles now look fantastic. also, i no longer have any excuse to not start putting ink on a blank piece of paper.
your videos are like hypnotic trances and are so relaxing, I don't draw myself but jusy enjoy your ramblings and tone of voice. hope you are truly as happy and chilled out as you seem through a screen. :)
I love your outlook on art. Listening to your words helps me to overcome some of the silly boundaries that people use to confine and restrict art. I hope to be as free with my art as you are one day.
I have chronic ainxiety and have been battling for years. Your videos work magic on me. Your voice is so soothing and your art is amazing and you have such insightful or silky things to say

Nerve endings do grow back. They just take longer than other systems because they don't have the bood flow inside them. So it takes longer get the nutients into them to grow.
About sketchy lines vs. neater, you can make a line form a shape, it's difficult for most of us to make that perfectly formed shape without 'sketching it', we're not robots with bionic arms . But as far as perspective, or telling someone their perspective is off, if they are having a problem with it and say, ''why cant I make this table look flat?'' they want to make their drawing work (reflect reality) so yes, you should say and show them how it should look . BTW; You can replace copic tips. I believe you can also just flip some of them around, do not toss.
I don't know how you do it, but it always amazes me. I was just wasting my time away watching anime and not making art when for whatever reason, I go on RUclips and watch this video. It has been sitting in my sub feed for over a day and I probably wasn't going to watch it, just somehow I click on it. Now I am done the video and somehow, like always, your video has inspired me to make some art. I don't know how, but you always do this to me and I couldn't be any more thankful.
can we have a video talking about how you got into your style of drawing? what made you so interested in the lines and the circles and abstract way of creating a design? that would be really interesting
Thank you for the video Peter! I'm turning 18 soon, and because of you I'm going to get myself a set of dip pens for my birthday. I'm excited! Thank you for all of the inspiration!
