Love the mentioning of an IUD! I have my second copper IUD (the one with only a knot on the string) and I absolutely love it! Next year I get my third, and I'll probably will never change to another form of birth control.
If you want to clean the Le Creuset pan (not that you have to, it looks really cool) you can use Bicarbonate of Soda, make a paste with water, apply it and let it sit. A good scrub and it comes right off. I work in a small independent cook shop and I know stuff.

Hi I had an IUD in 1975.. it was called a lippies loop..I got pregnant..the doctor asked me did you check for the string of course I said..yes I never checked for the string..my son was born 3 months early he was just over 2 lbs..He is 45 now and has 2 🍼👏👏😎👍sons..so my IUD was in the afterbirth..so if there is a string be sure I check for it..I probably didn’t remember the doc saying check for the string lol..always enjoy we and your content cheers deb from Vancouver

my frisbee has helped me out in odd ways: snow scraper, bolt / lugg nut holder, and wild life water dish. I've got teased about my skateboard and frisbee in trunk but so much fun and handy. Yes my car went down in safe spot and I skated to work(years ago). Never know how many uses you can get out of things till you need to.

Cast iron is great, we have a Lodge model and their stovetop griddle since living in an apartment without a balcony means no actual barbecue (actually it still might be illegal to have on a balcony around here 😱🔥 ). It’s great for burgers, sausages and hotdogs (all vegan of course). Just remember to clean cast iron with hot water only, no soap, then wipe dry, and rub cooking oil on the parts that touch food so it doesn’t rust.

I work in healthcare; please check that your cast iron frying pans paint isn't lead-based. that orange color is suspicious and you mentioned it was older. if it's not grand! if it is then you will be safe! symptoms are neurological changes but lead takes time to build up in adults.

Yeah it’s a legitimate certification but it definitely doesn’t mean they’re a sustainable company. Fun fact, we’re actually in the process of becoming a member of that too!
