@@justauser in France we used to triple layer windows for safety, now we use 200 microns film, very sturdy, people even layer these when it's not dark enough, instead of removing it. 👍
@@robertbidochon7949 ya but the problem is people have shity old and sometimes even purpled dyed films their car came with and want an expensive ceramic over top. Most times it wasn't even cut to the edge properly. If you don't know what quality tint it was, especially if it just came with your car, don't do it. Don't put good tint over shit, it won't last as long and could even peel off in some situations, and won't look as nice.
i have a question , so i wanna get my front windows blacked out but ive read that eventually they can charge you with like a misdemeanor or something for getting too many tickets ? is that true ? and if you can get charged with something like that why do so many people have dark windows ? can you just keep paying the tickets off ? i live in Illinois btw
I doubled my 20% with another 20% with 5% all around the back . I can’t really tell the difference from doubled 20% to 5% they both look the same form the inside, but you can still tell 5% is darker but not by much from the outside. During the day time

@@Melroni in direct sunlight no not at all. In a shaded area you will be able to see like a shadow outline. For the most part no one will ever be able to see in like 75% of the time. At night time it will be pitch black

layering tint film is a better idea than getting it redone darker; better insulation, stronger windows and it just cost the new layer, no removal !

I have 10% strip on my windshield with 20 percent full tint on my windshield plus double 5% all around

I have 35 on front so it’s not really dark at all as long as they can see your inspection sticker u should be okay
