The one thing I did not like was the end. For a reason of what the last 3 did. They didn't go back to any human plots from previous movies. And didn't even really end in a way to set up that characters future story lines.
I love that Will was just gone. And Malcolm was just gone in Dawn. And then, of course, they killed off the colornel.
It feels like they are obviously going to continue with the human plots and storylines from Kingdom... I feel like the trilogy stood out because each movie was a time jump.

I felt the film wasn’t as fleshed out as the original, but it still had a nice story and as always the mocap and message are done very well.
