Yes, you can go with the cellular model, However keep in mind that cellular connectivity will hit on the battery life and you have to charge it every 10-12 hr in that case...

Apple launched it last year only and still selling officially, this will be supported till 2027-2028 easily.. smartwatches generally have 1-2 days of battery only, so there no such options as such If battery is your main priority go with apple watch ultra

Glad it was helpful, To your question about the wync/ any other 3rd party music player... wynk music works as just remote on the apple watch means music will play on your phone only but you can control the media using your watch. However if you use native apple music you can directly search/ offline download and control the music independently form your watch. You can try amazon music or spotify for better experience but won't be able to download any music on watch for offline use.
I got the gps 44 mm one for 24k recently. Battery life is the only disappointment for me. Notifications are the best, I don’t have to pick my phone to read and reply to messages on WhatsApp and iMessage. Charging is a bit slow as well. Wanted to get the series 8 45 mm for on screen keyboard, fast charging and less bezels, but could not justify the extra 8000 it would have costed me. I don’t notice the bezels now anyways. Do you recommend using any case or protector for it?

You can go with plastic type screen protectors and talking about the case spigen make some good cases for apple watch, you can try those...
