Thank you! I really needed this, I have been recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and improving gut health is incredibly important. There are so many articles and books out there that it is overwhelming. Having someone’s personal perspective and tips is very helpful.

I heard frozen greens are not safe to eat when not heated or blanched. There are bacteria that survive freezing. Not quite dead just slow reproduction. I stopped drinking smoothies altogether because of that.
This is my simple diet.
80% of my food intake is from animal proteins (Steak, Chicken, Eggs, Milk, Fish,... )
20% of my food intake is from fruits, nuts, chocolates, cakes...
Note: Try to eat real foods. Reduce sugar or cut if you can and I don't like vegetables that much.

I enjoyed this video very much, Haliden, but a couple things I wanted to share I feel are important--the biggest is eating ORGANIC fruits and veggies. I cut meat out of my diet over 10 years ago. The 2nd thing is using a microwave, really? It's a carcinogenic. When it gets cold here, which is rarely, I dwell on a Caribbean area, I thaw the bottle of coconut oil in a pan of water on the lowest heat possible. Works like a charm.

I drink a bit of salt water every morning. Not a whole glass but my mom used to tell me it can clear out sinuses. Also, my dentist told me salt water is good for gums. Also, recently heard it’s good to activate electrolytes.
This topic was amazing, well explained, informative. but there was inner frustration like, i was watching something different against the expectations from this channel. it would have been amazing if this was based on the theme of technology. like "how too improve ur gut health as a technical person"..

@@Stellar-Cowboy 5 to 6 tablespoon of semen + a pinch of black salt is 10 times more powerful than any other food for our gut. semen has a lot of nutrients and it has living good bacteria for out stomach. it helps in better digestion.
Oats are not very healthy
