- With 34x 100 milers Trail Ultra Marathon under my belt, my channel is meant to inspire you to go out there and push your limits! Expect some good running tips from someone who's been there, done that. But also, doesn't take himself too seriously.
I release every 2-3 weeks new tip video to help you in your ultra marathon training - tips about running long distance, hydrating, fueling, gear review, and more. Everything you need to know about running on trail and running marathon distance and more.
You can also follow my own adventure, racing 100 milers every month-ish, including some of the hardest and most difficult ultra marathon in the world, such as Badwater 135, HURT 100, Leadville 100, Ouray 100, and more. This year, I will attempt my first 200+ miles ultra marathon - Cocodona 250, and if I'm luck, Tor des Geants.

We have roomates in our house - and one has a dog! Muffy - she's super nice! So we're like muffy's uncle or grand parent - we get to play all we want, but don't need to clean up if she's sick
