I feel like Kyle is such a polarizing comic voice. I think he’s hilarious and I’ve loved everything he’s done, his Netflix show was insane in the best way. Y2K looks awesome, but I get why some people might not get his comedy or think he’s just weird and not funny.
I think he has that quintessential, chaotic 90’s comedic energy. Watching him reminds me of watching the Young Ones after school in 92-94. Everything was very chaotically over the top and strangely low budget (in a purposefully noticeable way-similar to how the movie Holy Grail doesn’t end - it simply runs out of money and the police come, or Wayne’s World being a public access show in his parents basement).
I remember watching Kyle when he was on RUclips under literally the name that was just "Kyle" And he said he was going to "box hot the room" He's such a unique voice and comedy love the dudes so much Glad he's finding so much success beyond SNL! I've never seen someone in capitalize on awkward like Kyle has. What a goddamn comedy legend.
