Copart and IAA have been pulling the keys out of "high demand" or performance cars and keeping them in the office. You have to ask. Even as a transporter you have to ask because a lot of times they won't keep the keys with the title or even note that the keys were brought into the office.
Always enjoy the videos. Your enthusiasm for the crashed sports car/race car market makes the videos much better than just something informative. Also, I will likely never get to even sit in the cars you buy and sell, so it’s cool to get to see some those fast machines.
Even at 63K looks like the insurance company did not let it go they definitely want a lot of cash for this car I guess we will have to tune in Monday & see if they get the cash they are looking for.
Not a lot of profit on this one with the $-add ons to Copart you're into this for the mid $60's. It's a Mustang so lots of the parts are generic so you'd need to rebuild it and it would have a branded title. It would be sporty to make a decent return on your investment.

everytime i got a mustang from copart IT ALWAYS had the key thrown under the carpet, not once did i have it on the zip tie
