That's not exactly true. In the manga when Megumi asks him what he's laughing about and he says "Nothing" it's with a ❤. It seems like he was happy reminiscing abt Megumi as a kid.

Could just be me but the red lining underneath Gojo’s eyes? Seems like he might’ve been tearing up honestly, the opening the entire event dealing with Geto still holds a toll on him and you can see it, Gojo may be the “strongest” but the man is still human, despite all that power and responsibility.

This is the first anime where I started reading the manga too and so I get excited when I can finally see these scenes acted out. Like when Gojo says to Megumi “you just look like him” to me it was read like a sentimental and heart wrenching moment, and when I saw this episode and how Gojo said it made me bust out laughing 😂
