    They could have the abrams with the 105mm cannon and make it a fast attacker.

      So you would rather have a weak gun which is the 105mm over the 120mm gun? nope, that wont happen. you might as well swap roles from defender to attacker

      Chopper is the IPM1, it as the 105mm

    A T-72M1 with T-80/Object 225 turbine... nice one, though I really hope this one would get modules too because I want to turn it into a T-80...

    Cool to try her out in the alpha but her kit feels so rough without any upgrades.

    I hope the defenders get a T-64B with the ERA blocks as a gameplay feature, would be very strong against HEAT rounds

      Also the slow reverse speed is not a balancing factor as is, the T series tanks (64 and ondwards) have a single reverse gear IIRC, they are very slow, so its ""historically"" accurate haha

    • @marty2129
      @marty2129 8 месяцев назад

      @@MrAncop Mind you, there are some exceptions. For the T-series, those would be T-80 series (turbine and different gearbox), the T-72M4CZ (completely new power pack and gearbox) and the T-80UD, T-84 and T-64BM2 (a larger engine and new gearbox)...
      So it depends which T-64 or which module would someone chose ;) (I could see the 6TDF engine and gearbox from T-64BM2 as a module with higher reverse speed, and the GTD series turbine as general mobility upgrade with lower survivability)

    Thats a T80-U tank shes running around with. The earlier models of the T-80 had turbine engines and eventually went back to Diesel since it was more cost effective for the soviets. The T80 was the first russian tank to feature a turbine engine. not other tank had that much like the T90 had introduced a crosswind sensor which meant that it had a ballistic computer that would calculate your rounds. Also notser, Never EVER expose your rear to the enemy. That will always be your weakest part of the vehicle which is why in the armor community, we always say "face tank towards enemy"....and for good reason : your frontal armor (that would be front slope and front of turret) armor is heavily armored.

      It is not a T-80U... it is a T-72A or actually an East German T-72M1, just rebuilt with some addon plates and T-80/Object 225 turbine (the latter would fit more with the wider exhaust and longer engine deck)...
