I’ve bought it about 15 years ago and haven’t changed the flatwound strings, so I don’t know the brand, but I suppose they are Thomastik. @@robertsensat380 I agree! 👍 but I have to admit that it’s sometimes hard not to continue finding the ultimate bass sound. Basses with roundwound strings are easier: I buy new strings half a year and enjoy the crispy sound (on their best after two weeks playing) 😀
