Thanks for the compliment, I appreciate it very much 👍 To be honest:it sometimes is quite a challenge to get the tabs/score in the right timing because most of the songs are not recorded with a clicktrack and even the professionals shift in the tempo, which makes it more human and musical 🎵🎶👍 But therefore it sometimes not easy to get the tabs right. But I love a challenge and it gives more insight in how artists make choices regarding tempo; dynamics etc. All the best, Pete

Great cover. The repetitive alternating staccato and legato eighth notes look a lot easier to play than they are. For me, at least.
@@TheMaartian The ‘easy’ basslines are often the most challenging! Some ‘acrobatic’ bassgrooves are easier to play than keeping ‘easy’ lines steady and tight. But I think that’s what more bassplayers should to: paying attention to the groove, tempo and basic notes, rather than playing the most difficult licks (although that’s fun also 😉). Which Sire model are you playing? I have a fretted and a fretless U5 shorty. They have a PJ config with a silent J pup. The tops look identical, same string tree, but mine have white binding on the body. Love the fret markers on yours!

This is great video and tab. It's frustrating that the tuning goes weird when we get to the piano interlude. It's only a little off in the first part, but that second part is way off. Good video though.
