Long hold the back button & talk button while in the menu mode. It will pull up up to 4 options for camera pairing. Select the number youd like the camera to be & then hold down the pair button on the camera. Hope this helps!
@@williamgerow811 I tried the hold talk and zoom for 10 seconds suggestion and it did not work for me but you should try it. If it doesn’t work call vetch. There are a few steps to do but they do replace it.

What about RM 7764? It never stays linked to the camera. Nothing but troubles.
This series of Vtech cameras seem to have two cameras. How many do you have successfully connected?
None out of the 2 cameras could connect. i have 2 other cameras with single camera trans-receiver, and those cannot pair too. kindly guide and help

Hi, my parent monitor comes up black and white and cant see picture or menu??
charge the parent monitor, turn it on by plugging in its adapter. did you drop it to ground? appears to be faulty display due to broken contacts

Hi, i checked it my parent device goes to camera detection mode but still cant find the camera, even qhen i press reset on the camera.

My camera doesn't come with a pairing button only a on off button 😮
There will be a small hole on the side of camera, to press the pairing button underneath
i have the same baby monitor and have the same problem...it will not pair ...i think it is broke
