Speaking of shocking opening races, let's not forget the 1996 season opener in Australia where a new rookie driver lead most of the race but eventually had to let his team mate pass because of a suspicious oil leak, finishing 2nd on his very first F1 race. That rookie was Jacques Villeneuve. He finished 2nd overall in his first F1 season and became world champion at the end of his second season.
When you start an f1 team become the 3rd most successful team ever then maybe you can say somthing about someone.
