I love Otomix which is a shame, cuz they owe me so much money over the years. They never send out their entire order to you EVERYTHING is always backordered and then they keep your money and never get the product in. I've been in so many spider webs of problems with this company which is a damn shame cuz their products are good. Hundreds of dollars in the hole isn't worth a few good quality products (the ones you actually receive!) They never update their website, so I order something and then a week later you get an email stating they are sold out and then they don't credit you back your money. Terrible customer service. I rate THEM one star but rate their products 5 stars.
What bothers me is they take a great shoe and blast their logo all over it, 4 places in total! One place is enough! Any more and you should be paid for advertising.
