At his peak, one of the handful of best. Ever. When Jay Cutler first saw Lee, he wondered how he could walk. Best bodybuilding photo ever is his flexed Triceps and Tom Platz’s reaction.
I always idled Lee. I’m 5’6 too short for hockey, basketball etc.. He gave us short guys inspiration. Now I’m 205 lbs at 50. Took me a lot time to put on size. 🇨🇦

Yeah I know right lol.. love Lee and he was great, but yeah he started training and juicing at a very young age... which is why he reached his maximum size/peak extremely young and stopped progressing while other pros were still gaining into their thirties and beyond. Lee was in the Bodybuilding game (and everything that comes with the territory) at a very early age. Regardless, his physique was truly phenomenal for sure. 💪🏻

In over 40 years following the bodybuilding scene, Lee Priest is the only bodybuilder I’ve seen who looks to have weight trained since he was born, like it was his birthright. Amazing little fella, as good as Shawn Ray if not better.

Who had better arms ? For me ,I just love the bicep ,tricep , forearm and delt balance of Larry Scott ,the first Mr Olympia. That side shot of Larry’s is still unbeaten , in MY opinion, but Lee truly had incredible arms.
