The hotel is indeed a little old, but i didn't face any mold issues. The bed was also comfortable and the sheets are clean. Dinner was quite good, I got my own private space and dinner was serve individually instead of the buffet style. For Breakfast, it's a Japanese Style Breakfast. The grilled fish was delicious! Overall I think it is quite worth it for the price paid for a Ryokan in Hakone with a Private Onsen and a huge room.
