Also I wanted most of the Legendary bladers to interact with each other like Xander meeting with Drum or Hikaru and Hyuga.
Despite its flaws, I consider Zero G my 2nd favorite Metal Saga season after 4D. Best artstyle (but yeah, sometimes animation is recycled too much), great characters designs, Zyro and Shinobu being more likeable duo of rivals than Ginga and Masamune/Kyoya, Kira being best antagonist (yes, even better than generic businessman Doji was), Sakyo being more likeable Dragon Emperor blader than Ryuga (yes, i said it, Ryuga although more powerful and probably better written, in my opinion is overrated, fight me), combined bey fights, atmosphere around the plot with Dark Nebula Again, English opening song being FIRE and finally - a scene of Ginga talking to Zyro before his fight against Kira. Their dialogue is my favorite Metal Saga moment. Can't express the feeling I had during watching it other than goosebumps. THAT is the moment where Ginga and his experience shines. Too bad due to poor sales of new system around that time, we got barely 26/39 episodes with the last 7 being marked as OVA. That means lack of screentime for the plot and many characters. And international version of ending, cutting a showcase of most of MFB characters and little exchange of words beween Zyro and Kira with dragon-shaped cloud from Japanese version... I'll never forgive Nelvana for doing that. MFB aka Metal Fusion gets 3rd place. MFB Baku, despite being my first watched entrance (thanks to polish TV who didn't care they air 2nd season), goes to last place, mostly because I'm not a huge fan of tournament arcs and any different plot happens in the last episodes. Also Ziggurat is the worst written antagonist series had. Barely any screentime or significant deeds. Doji at least developed more complicated plan to reach his goals and manipulated who and what was needed to. But at least Tsubasa had his moment. And hey, Nile was introduced there. First gen has always been a mystery to me so I can't say anything, but from what I heard, I should really like this one. Especially Bey Spirits/Sacred Beasts present. Burst... oh boy, watching it shortly after finishing MFB was a bad idea. Initially I thought everything is a downgrade, including Burst gimmick lowering the feel of beys power. Now after 5 years I gave it second chance... and it's alright. Nothing fancy, but 1st season is a pleasant one. And Burst gimmick makes fights unpredictable - no matter who has the advantage, something always may go wrong. Beyblade X for now got my attention and I'm positive towards it.
Burst literally went downwards ever since the ending of Cho-Z. The ending was executed so poor that I don't even know wtf are they trying to convey from it. It's like they went all out and ran out of juices on Aiga vs Phi battle at that point and that's the only time i last liked about Burst anime. The seasons after that are basically for toy selling so not much fresh contents and ideas to be seen so I'd say my take about be as follow: 1) Bakuten Shoot in general 2) Metal Fight 1st-4D 3) Burst 1st-Cho-Z 4) Metal Fight Zero-G 5) Burst GT-DB
Honestly in my opinion I kinda wish we did see the snake pit returned in the series of beyblade burst like we haven't seen it even come back like It felt like we would see them again
Say what you want about GT but at least they respected Aiger and Valt that season. Valt acts like a mentor figure to Drum and Delta. Aiger is still the strongest blader in the world following his win against Valt and he only lost as he had no clue what to do to beat the infinite lock system. Unlike sparking where Aiger is the world champion but Valt is the strongest, like what? The thing I don't like a bout sparking is that nothing of note really changes between the returning characters. Let me explain, Valt never won against lui and had fought lui again in sparking, he lost again Valt and Shu had their final battle which valt won, they face again, Valt wins. Valt lost the world champion title to Aiger when they last fought. They fight again valt loses. Lui and Free fight again after god. They both get knocked out. But hey at least silas got his revenge on Lui and free.
Bell pissed me off. im not gonna lie. It seemed like every time he lost, he just modified his bey. Like, do people even train anymore? lol. Oops, i lost. It's better to inject my bey with staroids so i can barely pull off a victory next time.
I haven't watched a lot of Gen 1 Beyblade, but I think I like the OG 2001 Beyblade anime the most because I liked the rougher style way more than the cleaner style that V-Force and G-Revolution had. It also didn't have Hilary. I hate Hilary. XP For Metal Fight, I enjoyed all four seasons (yes, that includes Zero-G). The original MFB is my favorite while Zero-G is my least favorite ( but once again, I enjoyed Zero-G because I have bad taste). For Burst.....the first season is my favorite since it ACTUALLY had the characters go through arcs and it felt more grounded than every other series before and after it, which was refreshing. My least favorite is still Sparking because for as bad GT and DB were, at least they weren't entirely reliant on nostalgia baiting and having all of the legacy characters get embarrased by the edgelord villain. On a side note, I will never forgive B-Daman Crossfire for being the reason the second half of 4D's anime was gutted with its runtime being halved. Also I am so happy I'm not the only one who thought the 'Gold Turbo' in GT was utter balderdash marketing. Anyways, if I were to rank each Gen, Plastic Gen is first even though i've barely watched it, Metal Fight is second, and Burst is last. I hope the X anime is a vast improvement over the last seasons we've got for Burst. Also, Bell salvaged DB for me. Fight me.
i think god was the best burst season yes there were a ton of characters and they did a bit too much for 1 season and couldve split it up a bit more but i do think that the tournaments and battles are done well i dont like gt or sparking bc it felt too basic as in i didnt see anything intresting except the island tournament in gt. bakuten shoot was done almost perfectly except for some minor things .mfb felt more fantasy based but it is enjoyable except for zerog. s1 burst and cho z are the second best and db is pretty mid but i liked some of the battles
I agree with most stuff here. Bakuten Shoot has the best writing I think objectively. I grew up with MFB as well so I love those seasons, I think you did them justice with your placements, you could argue for masters in peak but I think it’s fine where it is, 4D I really like as well but it has A TON of problems. It’s a shame they never released the ost cause my god they did not have to go that hard for beyblade. Burst is a mixed bag. The best one for burst for me is between cho-z,OG and GT. I love the OG burst definitely the best character work they did, I love that cast. Cho-Z doesn’t have as strong of a cast but Phi is an amazing antagonist, you can never really tell what he is gonna do or what he is thinking which makes him a very chaotic presence on screen and very fun to watch. Also the last few episodes of cho-z were the peak of burst for me. GT is extremely underrated I love the cast especially amane, I love how they had the “punchbag” character that always loses actually BEAT the main villain and he was very fun to watch throughout the whole season. I enjoyed the final arc with Gwyn and Arthur, gwyn is a very well written character in particular. Drum is a bit annoying but I like how he contrasts gwyn. God is the middle of the line of burst for me. It’s definitely not as good as people would have you believe, the cast isn’t as interesting as the og casts. Free is not that interesting, he is cool don’t get me wrong but not that interesting. They didn’t portray Shu going over to the dark side in a believable way, they didn’t do anything with Theodore who was supposedly the mastermind. But the tournaments were overall rly fun and the battles were some of the best in burst and the side characters apart from the main cast were MUCH better than in the og, I honestly like beyblade burst god even if it has its problems it’s definitely not below quadstrike. Sparking is horrible, I can’t say a single good thing about sparking, I guess the interaction between some of the duos when they had to team up were good? It’s just an add DB is also just an add but this time they decided to make the most annoying character conceivable the protagonist, Ranzo is equally annoying. I don’t hate as much as sparking though cause it did have basara who is a genuinely good character. Quadstrike has the most boring battles in any beyblade media I think. Pri and Pax were kind of interesting but Bel and Ranzo were still there. Felt like an add as well but not a very bad add, it’s definitely not better than god by any stretch of the imagination though
These ratings are quite accurate. Burst is so repetitive. What are your thoughts on the 2 movies and the 3 hasbro spinoffs (beywheelz etc)? what are your thoughts on the different systems and respective gimmicks (ex. zero g with the stadium and synchromes)?
I don't remember the Bakuten shoot movie I think it was just OK and the mfb one was interesting to see though i haven't for a long time, i have not seeing hte spin offs and likely will never
im only gonna rank burst cuz metal was ok and havent seen the plastic gen so season 1: good it was good simple grounded done well not much else season 2: good was decent and nothing too grt but def a decent season season 3: grt aiga had a story of redemption best villain we had as well in phi bro broke fafnir and spriggan soo well that was intense pretty good cast and fun to watch season 4: amazing i started watching burst in gt and it was soo nice the only prob was the villain was not clear we had delta in the start who was this dark dude like red eye and then arthur and then gwyn like geez decide already man season 5: good the only thing bad abt this was lean and he really brought this show down bro was just the best plot armour wielder ever and not fun to watch him but finale was epic shu had a really nice story as well and all the legends getting intense battles was fun to watch season 6: shit just shit we start the season by having some kid who just made a new bey defeat valt and lui yea thats all it was shit rashad was fucking shit the finale was a letdown the whole v gear f gear was just marketting shit and story was shit i hate this season a lot and i kinda wished they had ended on sparking anyone who wants to argue come lets have a nice discussion just be civil abt it
I’ll agree with you on most parts besides bells character but I will say that season 5 is really a bad season most of it is fan service for older fans who wanted to see fight between different characters and the rest is terrible no new characters excluding bare minimum in lain and hizaishi twins and despite them being the only new characters they aren’t even that well written not to mention that the main plot of the story revolves around a poorly explained power up that only they have
Well for the orignal beyblade like beyblade 2000 beyblade v force and beyblade g revolution they are not that bad plus i know I did grew up with the beyblade metal saga at the time because I didn't even know that the original beyblade troligy existed before the beyblade metal saga well they only characters form the original beyblade I like was tyson kai plus I don't mind tyson bit beast dragoon because it look aswome and cool at the same time plus I did watch some original beybalde battles
I like your ranking zankye and my favorites eras were a good and great here's why: Original is a great series that has some of the greatest characters and the greatest seasons out of all the generations when Tyson win the final battles it was an really epic moment. MFB is a cool story and it has a really epic story with brand new characters and lot of really cool episodes with an amazing story that has been through not to mention gingka discovered how the dark power came to be it was a high stake here. Burst however…… is an irritating series of the main character being replaced by aiger Dante hikaru hyuga and bell in which they all lose to him at times the main character having unsettling chats yeah this was pre rendered scene and a lot of funny and wacky moments bad advice for the story red eye leaving valt alone until lui beat his butt and the story ends with the awkward battle between bel valt and rashad Original s1-3 MFB s1-4 Burst s1-7
I've been saying this for quite a while now but if QS was actually done right like the beys are all in TT versions, the story phasing wasn't like that, also THEY SHOULD HAVE PUT XANDER, KEN AND SHU IN THE LAST BATTLE LIKE BRUH SEEING SHU VS PAX WOULD HAVE BEEN THE ICING ON THE CAKE AND XANDER PULLING OFF THAT STRONG LAUNCH THAT HE DID FOR ONCE MORE. LASTLY IS WHY THE HELL DID THEY HAD TO DO VALKYRIE DIRTY MAN LIKE HELL THEY TURNED VALKYRIE INTO A USELESS VERSION. Although.... plus points on Valkyrie's new design on that one like they brought back the blue/black horse thar Valkyrie used to ride since season 1 and God. Like I was hoping back in DB that when Ultimate Valkyrie was made, I was waiting to see if they changed the design of the avatar to look almost like the season 1 and 2. I was actually disappointed when the horse was still white XD
I am not sure what begging is going to do for my opinion on the season I grew up with metal fight, saw bakuten shoots seasons and bursts, God is not a good season.
All though all series was good but in Beyblade g revolution have next level of animation and now Beyblade wht are they doing dont know their animation level is not like earlier Beyblade series really missing old Beyblade series if the animation level is like this then there would no one who will watch Beyblade hope so you Beyblade will upgrade their animation skill in beyblade, Beyblade orginal and Beyblade metal fusion was like Naruto and one piece in animation level we need our old Beyblade animation 😢❤ from Beyblade metal saga everyone have left the Beyblade series really 🥲
I feel like the common opinion on 4D is that most people look at it only from the perspective of the iconic moments; Ryuga’s last stand, Kenta’s development ect I was on a metal fight rewatch not too long ago and parts of 4D ( mostly the early beginning and Mid point ) really haven’t been as good as I remember
Honestly yeah he is unlike every other spin steal user he’s not extremely skilled or incredibly cool he’s a character with actual flaws (example: him not knowing how to fully use his bey or him being overly clingy to his sister) it’s these things that make him a better written character than free
@@tails2012flaws doesn't make him better, free also had flaws but he mastered them, free is literal world champion so of course he would be skilled,he has his own problems he wants to be stronger than any one and shown how he doesn't like losing and he wanted to prove his point to salt but then he changes and think winning and losing doesn't matter, fumigation is great but in writing or entertaining he does not come close to free

Original trilogy. Season one for story. 2 for animation but bad paced story. Though the end tournament is the best out of the three. 3 for animation and characters plus story.

The seasons after that are basically for toy selling so not much fresh contents and ideas to be seen so I'd say my take about be as follow:
1) Bakuten Shoot in general
2) Metal Fight 1st-4D
3) Burst 1st-Cho-Z
4) Metal Fight Zero-G
5) Burst GT-DB
Honestly in my opinion I kinda wish we did see the snake pit returned in the series of beyblade burst like we haven't seen it even come back like It felt like we would see them again
Glad to see Season 1 of Bakuten and G Revolution as Peak! For me G Revolution is Peak while 1st season A but storywise i love it so is amazing S tier.
Let me explain, Valt never won against lui and had fought lui again in sparking, he lost again
Valt and Shu had their final battle which valt won, they face again, Valt wins.
Valt lost the world champion title to Aiger when they last fought. They fight again valt loses. Lui and Free fight again after god. They both get knocked out.
But hey at least silas got his revenge on Lui and free.
Sora was very underutilized and i feel like he should have gotten more screen time imo
saying that Fumiya is better than Free is a crime…
За это казнить надо
Bell pissed me off. im not gonna lie. It seemed like every time he lost, he just modified his bey. Like, do people even train anymore? lol. Oops, i lost. It's better to inject my bey with staroids so i can barely pull off a victory next time.
Bro be thinking he’s Batman, freaking gets prep time and all that
I haven't watched a lot of Gen 1 Beyblade, but I think I like the OG 2001 Beyblade anime the most because I liked the rougher style way more than the cleaner style that V-Force and G-Revolution had. It also didn't have Hilary. I hate Hilary. XP
For Metal Fight, I enjoyed all four seasons (yes, that includes Zero-G).
Fight me.
am I the only one who thinks bsb s1 is peak beyblade
Nah bro I agree it's the animation and CJ is so nice and the pacing of the story is so nice
i think god was the best burst season yes there were a ton of characters and they did a bit too much for 1 season and couldve split it up a bit more but i do think that the tournaments and battles are done well i dont like gt or sparking bc it felt too basic as in i didnt see anything intresting except the island tournament in gt. bakuten shoot was done almost perfectly except for some minor things .mfb felt more fantasy based but it is enjoyable except for zerog. s1 burst and cho z are the second best and db is pretty mid but i liked some of the battles
Fax
It’s just an add
DB is also just an add but this time they decided to make the most annoying character conceivable the protagonist, Ranzo is equally annoying.
Sometimes it feelt like for Sparking onwards, the anime was more advertise the beys than writing a good story.
Hi zankye What is ur favorite gen of beyblades?
Evolution for me
Season 2 aka god aka evolution is GOD tier
These ratings are quite accurate. Burst is so repetitive. What are your thoughts on the 2 movies and the 3 hasbro spinoffs (beywheelz etc)? what are your thoughts on the different systems and respective gimmicks (ex. zero g with the stadium and synchromes)?
I don't remember the Bakuten shoot movie I think it was just OK and the mfb one was interesting to see though i haven't for a long time, i have not seeing hte spin offs and likely will never
@@zankye i figured you would have disliked the movie. It was techically the anime's introduction to daichi lol
What are your thoughts on the different systems and their respective gimmicks? Ex magnacore vs engine gear. Or is that a whole other video?
I do think that Aiger was done dirty when he became champion. It felt weird that he had to lose to the villain.
Agreed. Considering his power in turbo
Just wondering have you thought about covering more of the manga like you did in this video
there's no english resources for the manga for me to go over
@@zankye okay thanks anyway
im only gonna rank burst cuz metal was ok and havent seen the plastic gen
so
season 1: good
it was good simple grounded done well not much else
season 2: good
was decent and nothing too grt but def a decent season
season 3: grt
aiga had a story of redemption best villain we had as well in phi bro broke fafnir and spriggan soo well that was intense pretty good cast and fun to watch
season 4: amazing
i started watching burst in gt and it was soo nice the only prob was the villain was not clear we had delta in the start who was this dark dude like red eye and then arthur and then gwyn like geez decide already man
season 5: good
the only thing bad abt this was lean and he really brought this show down bro was just the best plot armour wielder ever and not fun to watch him but finale was epic shu had a really nice story as well and all the legends getting intense battles was fun to watch
season 6: shit
just shit we start the season by having some kid who just made a new bey defeat valt and lui yea thats all it was shit rashad was fucking shit the finale was a letdown the whole v gear f gear was just marketting shit and story was shit i hate this season a lot and i kinda wished they had ended on sparking
anyone who wants to argue come lets have a nice discussion just be civil abt it
I’ll agree with you on most parts besides bells character but I will say that season 5 is really a bad season most of it is fan service for older fans who wanted to see fight between different characters and the rest is terrible no new characters excluding bare minimum in lain and hizaishi twins and despite them being the only new characters they aren’t even that well written not to mention that the main plot of the story revolves around a poorly explained power up that only they have
I agree for the most part I think turbo is a bit overrated. And that Rise is not that good of a season.
I like your ranking zankye and my favorites eras were a good and great here's why:
Original is a great series that has some of the greatest characters and the greatest seasons out of all the generations when Tyson win the final battles it was an really epic moment.
MFB is a cool story and it has a really epic story with brand new characters and lot of really cool episodes with an amazing story that has been through not to mention gingka discovered how the dark power came to be it was a high stake here.
Burst however…… is an irritating series of the main character being replaced by aiger Dante hikaru hyuga and bell in which they all lose to him at times the main character having unsettling chats yeah this was pre rendered scene and a lot of funny and wacky moments bad advice for the story red eye leaving valt alone until lui beat his butt and the story ends with the awkward battle between bel valt and rashad
Original s1-3
MFB s1-4
Burst s1-7
Daichi was handled much better in the manga tbh
Would love to see you rank the beyblade openings
Could you do a beyblade manga tier list perhaps, I that would be very interesting
I would have to find all the english translated mangas for that to happen
@zankye Ok, does there exist any English translation of the mangas? from plastic to metal
Eyyyy Turbo/Cho-Z gang let’s go
You need to watch the season again, please. I dont think it was too much. It was a tournament and shus destruction.
I am not sure what begging is going to do for my opinion on the season I grew up with metal fight, saw bakuten shoots seasons and bursts, God is not a good season.
@zankye I respect your opinion. I just said give it another shot .
@zankye I mostly agree with your tier listing. Over all, I put Metal Fight at the top, grew up with it and it has good story, Bakuten, then Burst.
I honestly agree with most things here. The only season I would debate is Cho-Z, but it is at least great
Do a teirlist for your favorite characters
16:21 BRO HIRE 30 BODYGUARDS AND BUY AN AK-47 YOUR HOUSE IS GONNA GET RAIDED BY FREE FANS!
Burst season one and two were okay!
Bro I remember seeing you when you were a kid
All though all series was good but in Beyblade g revolution have next level of animation and now Beyblade wht are they doing dont know their animation level is not like earlier Beyblade series really missing old Beyblade series if the animation level is like this then there would no one who will watch Beyblade hope so you Beyblade will upgrade their animation skill in beyblade, Beyblade orginal and Beyblade metal fusion was like Naruto and one piece in animation level we need our old Beyblade animation 😢❤ from Beyblade metal saga everyone have left the Beyblade series really 🥲
Evolution was not Ok it was Great.
Nah it was hella mid
Ngl thught 4D would get rated higher; I like what they did with Ryuga with d whole anti-hero thing n his obsession with being the strongest.
I feel like the common opinion on 4D is that most people look at it only from the perspective of the iconic moments; Ryuga’s last stand, Kenta’s development ect
I was on a metal fight rewatch not too long ago and parts of 4D ( mostly the early beginning and Mid point ) really haven’t been as good as I remember
Valt is the goat of beyblade
I think God as the best season. Shu was the best antagonist in burst I think. The backstory between Valt and Shu was great.
Agreed.
Free and Lui were displayed as bosses too
@@jonah0426 Lui was. Free was an antagonist but not a boss.
@@elliottrogozinski why? Free is on Valt’s side.
@@jonah0426 But he left BC Sol which created friction.
Free is the my favorite Beyblade character .
7:25 sepherois
To me metal fury and season 1 burst is always S tier
Beyblade Metalis the best
Bro did not say Fujiyama was better than Free
Honestly yeah he is unlike every other spin steal user he’s not extremely skilled or incredibly cool he’s a character with actual flaws (example: him not knowing how to fully use his bey or him being overly clingy to his sister) it’s these things that make him a better written character than free
@@tails2012 brother are you trolling
@@tails2012flaws doesn't make him better, free also had flaws but he mastered them, free is literal world champion so of course he would be skilled,he has his own problems he wants to be stronger than any one and shown how he doesn't like losing and he wanted to prove his point to salt but then he changes and think winning and losing doesn't matter, fumigation is great but in writing or entertaining he does not come close to free
@@Stonetastesgreat345 my bad I used unclear wording I’m not saying it’s bad free’s skilled I don’t care about that I was just using that as another to compare the two and when I said flaws I meant meaningful flaws Fumima has is over protective of his sister and very egotistical meanwhile outside of his I don’t want to lose problem Free doesn’t really need to overcome his flaws they’re just there for the writers to make him a stronger character I think fumimia benefits from only being in one season as free really doesn’t have anything to do outside of the initial three seasons besides fighting and looking cool and even in season 3 he only does like two things
Original trilogy.
Season one for story.
2 for animation but bad paced story. Though the end tournament is the best out of the three.
3 for animation and characters plus story.
I really liked sparking
Bro said fumiya is a better character than free
The one thing that made DB awful is that they did Ilya dirty my dude!.....
Tyso supposed to have white hair
i have so much problems with this tier list
You excited for the x anime this month?
Yeah this fall on the 23rd
Who said the anime is releasing this month?????
The fandom
I don’t believe there is an official source for that unless I am missing something

BURST IS THE BEST!!! 💯☝🏽
Facts
Accurate
This might be a hot take but aiger is my least favorite char in beyblade ever
Not going to attack your tier-list but I sense a bit of bias. A lot of the explanations you had are nonsensical as well. To each their own though.
"A bit of bias" I went over all the seasons and explained my reasoning, this is opinionated, I can easily go to you and say you have a bit of bias and have a Burst profile picture that isn't engaging on anything that I said.
@@zankyeI’ve seen this guy in like 50 other beyblade burst videos he pretty much rides beyblade burst to the end no matter how bad it can get.
Yeah bcs only what you say makes sense burst boy
Perso je déteste et je detesterai le personnage de Bel pour toujours
