This show has been so incredible. Best CW show and it’s not even close. I’m so excited for season 2. I love this show so much and growing up I was a huge Superman and Captain America fan. I tried explaining why I love Superman and this show embodies why I do. Incredible show.
Superman and Lois is my favorite live action adaptation of Superman since Man of Steel. And also the best season of any Arrowverse show. Simply spectacular.
Damn I loved this season from start to finish it was literally perfect. The acting; action scenes ; cgi ; direction and writing everything was amazing. This maybe my fav version of Superman and lois too. Also amazing reaction guys can't wait for season 2 . As you also said this maybe my fav tv show/webseries I watched this year along with daredevil and Loki.
I've come to your channel every single week there was a new episode to experience it again with you! I have cried, laughed, cried even more and was blown away with you and it was an awesome time! Keep up the great work and y'all better be covering season 2!!!
Loved this show and your reactions. Superman & Lois has been my favourite show this year. Something about this show was just what I needed after an awful year. Really hoping they can keep it up for season 2 and the things that made it special can be carried through strongly. Really happy that John Irons now has his daughter with him and Natalie seems like a strong and interesting character. I'm trusting the writers to flesh out Natalie in a multi-dimensional way without falling into repeating the John Irons/Superman story from this season. It will be interesting to see the dynamic that's built with Lois, Jordan and Jonathon. So is Lois's first article in season 2 going to be about how polygamy should be legalised in Smallville ;)
Oh god. I have this episode ready to go and seeing this thumbnail made me really nervous to watch. I'm sure it will be amazing, though. This has easily been one of the best things CW or DC in general for years.
I was crying and cheering right there with you guys. It's such an incredible finale and season. The stakes were so high and it was thought out and planned beautifully. I cannot WAIT for season 2. 🙌
I love how when I clicked on this video I went "Man Greg is gonna bawl during this one" and you didn't disappoint. I'm surprised you didn't cry when Natalie appeared though, that's when tears started rolling down my eyes like Niagara Falls lol that part was so emotional. If Elizabeth doesn't win any awards for her performance this season then I will never care about awards ever again, she's absolutely perfect as Lois and really just emits a higher level of quality when she's on screen.
There is no comparison between Superman and Lois and the other CW shows, this is infinitely higher quality in every regard and the best live action Superman interpretation we've had since 1978.
I like that when they went "oh no" and "oh shit" the cat heard that and got the hell out of there not knowing what was happening but something had just gone down.
Hey guys! After losing interest in the Arrowverse a few years ago I was never going to watch this show even though I knew it was not actually made by the CW and only loosely tied to that universe. Just wanted to say thanks for continuously preaching about this show. I just binged it in 3 or 4 nights. Although not perfect, it’s definitely a great show and a pleasant surprise. If it wasn’t for you guys I’d have never given it a shot.
Hi reject nation. You guys are the only big youtuber who supported this series, every other big youtuber just blindly avoided this series. They're just Focus on Marvel's big budget shows,, thank you guys for supporting this show, it means a lot to us superman fan.
Great show. It's funny because my mindset was that these recently created kryptonians shouldn't be that strong since they're not really charged and shouldn't know how to use their powers right away. And yes. I love the theme of Hope in the show since that's what Supes symbolize.
This ending was insanely amazing, I'm gonna miss watching you guys react to it. I haven't got any friends who like Superman as much as I do, so you kinda are those friends lmao
Superhero fights for the most part seem like how superhuman fights should be, nearly as good as Men of Steel movie, and that's huuuge! Compare that to Supergirl show, she fights like a normal human, so freaking slow, she's supposed to be as fast as The Flash or something.. Also the tone of the show is amazing, the atmosphere, the direction, the feels, the acting, and obviously, The Story! At least a solid 8/10 for this season, can't wait for more!
The fact that the action was my least favorite part of the show (still liked it) is very impressive imo. They really did a great job with the family dynamic and the characters. I was on the fence initially regarding this show and Tyler's incarnation of Superman but man I'm floored by how much I enjoyed this. Cannot wait for season 2!
It's been 1 helluva 1st season and the most fun part of it is to watch it with you guys ❤ ur the best out there and like Supe & Lois you two are genuine 👌 thanks and see you season 2. Luvyah guys 🥰

I love this show. And I love your reactions to the show. Seeing you guys get emotional makes me feel better about myself, because this show be having me in my feels 😂😂
Loving this show alot. I was sceptical to get into it given how cheesy other dc superhero shows are but I saw your reaction to pilot and binged the whole series afterwards. It's so much better than any other dc show. My only worry is arrow also started off decently and took over the top cheesy turn very quickly after, I hope they commit to this tone for this series.
i remember "morgan edge" from tom welling's smallville show (2001-2011) that he is just a normal human being, who is a mob boss for the metropolis syndicate, and a childhood rival of lionel luthor.
I may be wrong, and he’ll still need to remain locked up, but I think there may be a redemption arc for Morgan Edge in future seasons. He never had the chances, or the positive, loving family Clark had, and just wanted a brother. With Zeta-Rho gone (probably), he might have a turn for the better. Larr won’t, however. I almost had momentary compassion when she mentioned knowing that look on Lois’ face, because she had that when Krypton was exploding. But she will always believe the ends justified the means.
I definitely feel like they balanced having 2 super powered badass heroes very well. They didn't give Supes or Irons any more or less badassery to partake in and made you truly want for John Irons to succeed. He also has the best "oh fuck..." Face ever.
17:04 I thought the show was almost over when Superman caught John. Then I looked and there was still over 15 minutes left and I couldn't imagine why. Lol so much for a happy ending!
I've watched many Superhero shows this year, other DC shows, the MCU shows....but here this....THIS show is by far the BEST I've seen this year. No it's not about whose more "Popular" right now(MCU), this show was driven with purpose, it had depth, hitting ALL the feels, the drama, the supsense, the dynamic of Smallville and family. This show is the first and only show I've cried on, scenes that had so much power and weight and I had to keep rewinding because I wanted to experience that moment over and over. TYLER IS THE BEST CLARK/SUPERMAN, sorry not sorry Henry. And now that HBOMAX has picked it up. Oh boy oh boy Season 2, CAN'T WAIT!!
Gotta say, I loved this finale, but I loved it even more while watching your reaction. So I'm already looking forward to next season AND your reactions. Edit: Why do all reactors seem to blank on poor Chrissy's name? Pretty much everyone is like, "The Gazette girl, what's her name?"
I've loved this show so, so much. It's genuinely one of my favourite shows on tv right now, it's so good. Such good writing, the whole season has been such a delight to watch. And such an amazing cast, especially the core four of the Kent family. And I love that the supporting characters all got their own (pretty solid) storylines and growth as well. I so, so, so badly want this to keep being this good as it goes on. I agree with pretty much everything you guys said here....FWIW, I think the issue with Jordan telling Sarah is that it's not just his secret - it's revealing his father's secret too. I think she'd absolutely be cool about it, but at this point I don't think he can or would make that choice without Clark's blessing. (I also REALLY want Lana to find out. Actually, I want her to figure it out herself. Season 2, maybe!) Really glad you guys have been covering it, I've enjoyed these reactions a lot! Really hope you stick with it for S2!
General Lane is like send out a mass email, do whatever you need to do, tell everybody to get out of smallville Kyle: Okay where should I tell them to go General Lane: Ummm what is that Morgan Edge I hear gotta gooo
I liked Jordan as a character in the beginning but the last 2 episodes made me appreciate him so much as a character, they need to make Jordan and Jonathan cannon to the comics
So beating Edge and his dad was surprisingly easy. They didn't think to use the solar weapons that John made to fight aginst Superman. And basically just told Jordan to fight, and he broke the hold from Zeta-Rho very easily.
Great reaction fellas. Just caught upbon the finale and it was nice getting to re-experience it again thru your reactions. This is the best show right now, and I say that as a Marvel stan.
I thought this season and finale were amazing. This also became my favorite of the Arrowverse shows after everything being so solid. Great reaction, great season, I can't wait for season two.
Lol I legit forget all the time when I’m watching this show that the characters can’t see that Clark Kent and Superman are the same person so when Nat came out of the ship I 100% thought her look was because of Supes for a full thirty seconds before I realized she wouldn’t recognize him
I think what helped this show alot was a shorten season cgi got the right attention with a long season your budget could effect that plus this show proved you don't need 23 episodes to help smaller characters development 15 episodes seasons is more than enough to tell the story
Fun fact, Lois's reporter friend, Ms. Beppo, is actually a character from the comics. Unfortunately the character was a monkey with Kryptonian powers 😂

This show deserves more recognition. Loved it
Damn I loved this season from start to finish it was literally perfect. The acting; action scenes ; cgi ; direction and writing everything was amazing. This maybe my fav version of Superman and lois too. Also amazing reaction guys can't wait for season 2 . As you also said this maybe my fav tv show/webseries I watched this year along with daredevil and Loki.
when you guys went "OH NO!", your cat left the room in a hurry. 17:05
This show is pretty damn perfect so far. I hope season 2 is just as good as, if not better than, the first
2021: Superman has been course corrected with JL and now this.
This is a great win - FOR EVERYONE.
YES, Awesome video guys. Sooo so glad you guys have been covering this series, it's criminally underrated...
This show is literally the highlight of my week.
Now that’s man who needs a hug from his cat
Good to know I wasn’t the only one emotionally tied into this amazing episode!!
Seeing Greg cry, almost made me cry. Damn, Elizabeth deserves a freaking Emmy or something, because her performance is outstanding.
I was VERY skeptical about this when I first heard about Superman and Lois. Happy I was wrong.
Bitsie Tulloch was AMAZING with her role as Lois. Really made you think they were her actual children!😭🙌🏽
Oh god. I have this episode ready to go and seeing this thumbnail made me really nervous to watch. I'm sure it will be amazing, though. This has easily been one of the best things CW or DC in general for years.
Love that your reactions are always so pure and honest. Jordan and Jonathan definitely brought the emotions
Thank you guys so much for these reactions I really wish more people payed attention to this show it deserves a lot of praise
I loved this show and 1st season and can’t wait for season 2!😁
I’ve been waiting most my life and I’m 48 for a series like this for Superman in my top two all time series I loved it so much can’t wait for season 2
I like that when they went "oh no" and "oh shit" the cat heard that and got the hell out of there not knowing what was happening but something had just gone down.
So happy you guys react to this amazing show ❤️❤️
Easily one of my fav shows this year also great reaction guys!!
Anyone else cry when Clark was at the fortress with the sad music
This episode made me cry like a 6 year old girl...sniff, sniff
Man y’all’s reaction was the same as mine. Such a great show. Big fan of your content! 🤝
Tyler Hoechlin is by far the best incarnation of Superman next to Henry Cavill
2:46 reminds me of his death screams in Batman v Superman.....sheer power
It's been 1 helluva 1st season and the most fun part of it is to watch it with you guys ❤ ur the best out there and like Supe & Lois you two are genuine 👌 thanks and see you season 2. Luvyah guys 🥰
REAL men cry while watchin S&L. Great reaction. Subbed.
I cried about 10 times watching this episode alone probably more if I’m being honest this episode as an emotional rollercoaster and I cry again while watching reactions
My cat buddy comes to me too when I feel emotional. They know. That was cool to watch.
i remember "morgan edge" from tom welling's smallville show (2001-2011) that he is just a normal human being, who is a mob boss for the metropolis syndicate, and a childhood rival of lionel luthor.
So much ‘splaining to do at the end 😂😂
I went from OMG this is so great to Oh God…
The family just expended 🤷🏾♀️🤣🤣
This is my best Superhero series of 2021
I may be wrong, and he’ll still need to remain locked up, but I think there may be a redemption arc for Morgan Edge in future seasons.
There isn’t a weak link in the cast. I love this show so much.
17:04
I thought the show was almost over when Superman caught John.
The tears got yall a like I love watching genuine reactions great job guys
Damn show made me emotional from burying a rock >
Season 2, maybe!)
Really glad you guys have been covering it, I've enjoyed these reactions a lot! Really hope you stick with it for S2!
General Lane is like send out a mass email, do whatever you need to do, tell everybody to get out of smallville
Kyle: Okay where should I tell them to go
General Lane: Ummm what is that Morgan Edge I hear gotta gooo
I liked Jordan as a character in the beginning but the last 2 episodes made me appreciate him so much as a character, they need to make Jordan and Jonathan cannon to the comics
Love to see that I'm not the only one crying my eyes out! Great reaction as usual, guys.
So beating Edge and his dad was surprisingly easy. They didn't think to use the solar weapons that John made to fight aginst Superman. And basically just told Jordan to fight, and he broke the hold from Zeta-Rho very easily.
I'm not crying you are😂😂
Great reaction fellas. Just caught upbon the finale and it was nice getting to re-experience it again thru your reactions. This is the best show right now, and I say that as a Marvel stan.
15:34 the Kitty Cameo none of us deserve.
Honestly before the ending reveal I had a feeling it was gonna be the daughter
