Hi Steph ! I've been wanting to talk about it for a long time now, HYPERPIGMENTATION IS REAL!! Especially for people of colour. I've seen the most confident people around me getting conscious about it, when it's COMPLETELY hormonal and has nothing to do with how one takes care of themselves. Especially the society I'm currently a part of is very colourist and this makes it worse. Can you please maybe do like one of those videos and do your part in normalising it? So that atleast I can show it to people around me and point it out? I personally feel there's a lot out there about bodypositivity and how all shapes are equally beautiful, this is smth very less talked about. Also my fellow viewers y'all can also copy paste this comment on her multiple vids so we can make it reach her. Sending love 💕
I love watching people who feel sorry for celebrities. It's honestly the saddest thing ever and it's sad because you are so desperate to find anything wrong with their life so you can relate to them but the truth is you can't. Yeah, I don't feel sorry for millionaires with sob stories, we are all broken people. Some of us are just broken people with millions of dollars in the bank, boohooo,.
@@emryborge7027 lmao telling you daughter to eat like 2 almonds when she’s telling you she’s dizzy because of the lack of food is encouraging starvation and therefore an eating disorder. Watch the whole clips instead of what you choose to see.
@@emryborge7027 She actually told Gigi over and over again to stay thin, not eat this, not play volleyball I think because you get a "manly statue"... totally controlling behavior and totally pushing your child into an eating disorder. And who doesn't allow their children to eat their own birthday cake on their birthday????
@@emryborge7027 being that weird about eating cake AT A PARTY...a cake yolanda herself probably paid for...sure, it's not starving. it's just cake. so why is it such a big deal if gigi wants to eat it? it's literally got her picture on it. yolanda's acting like gigi's about to shoot up in front of her. if you think yolanda's behavior in that clip is anywhere near healthy or normal, that's fuckin dark
I used to cry like that when I HATED the job I NEEDED to have. The anxiety was horrible until I quit. Bella needs to take her $$ and RUN. Mental & emotional stability feels better than skinny.
@@Mariakadis Skinny is bad for those that it's not natural for. I don't even like that sentence I just wrote. There's no good or bad, just healthy or not healthy 😉
That’s exactly the place I am in right now. It’s horrible and I have tons of empathy for anyone going through this. It takes a lot to be strong and “stay grateful”. I can only imagine the anxiety and pressure being where she is…More money more responsibility. It must be hard to handle with 0 healthy support system like her mom
@@Mariakadis I should clarify. Idk if you remember what supermodel, Kate Moss, once said. "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels." Models are pressured to live by this senseless phrase. Bella deserves better. It's a shame she lives in pain.
Her mother is a models and she probably a better mom then the pickme you have. She taught her daughters to model. Bella self esteem is partially her mothers fault not entirely

I hope they eat french fries, pizza, ice cream, and gobs of cake when Yolanda isn't around. You should teach your kids to eat healthy, not starve them.
I don’t understand why Yolanda had kids with a man that she thought was ugly like she didn’t know the genes are 50/50 or there’s a chance that they might favor the dad. Also, I feel like it’s child abuse to have a 14 year having major nose surgery.
It's very sad to hear that Bella would be happier if she became a professional horse rider. A modeling career alone cannot make you happy. Going the wrong way (way of soul) is what's really heartbreaking. I hope she'll be fine((

@@visualbeauty3427 i don't know, and we don't know, what reasons she had, probably included pressure from her mother.. but we don't know what goes on behind the curtains..
@@visualbeauty3427 honestly it's easier said than done. Bella and Gigi have been conditioned by their mother from an early age. If you've seen some of their history Yolanda their mother is very much a narcissistic, manipulative and only cares about image kind of person. She has destroyed their confidence and the only way they can be accepted to society is to be "skinny" and be a model. There's a lot of mental health issues that's in this story, it's a lot more complicated than just following ones dream if you've been denied it since birth.
Ugh, I hate that she didn't think she was naturally beautiful. Her original face was so stunning. Though I can imagine how it would feel to constantly have people telling you you're not good enough. I have Roman ancestry and my nose is shaped kinda like hers was originally. It took me a long time to be happy with it.
she was also under the pressure of having a "prettier sister", and it's something i personally struggle with, the pain that comes with everyone complimenting your prettier sibling for their looks is just.. crushing.
@@jsully8076 What are you trying to say? she was and is stunning, and she could have been a model. I just don't understand why people make that kind of comments, what are you trying to achive?
If I were her, I'd just take my millions and move to Iceland or something. Somewhere quiet. She's earned enough to never work a day in her life again. No one is forced to stay in the spotlight.
Right, but that’s a very self-centered way of looking at it. Not sure if you’re aware of her extensive work in activism and bringing awareness to the gross human rights violations happening to native Palestinians. She knows that if she leaves, no one will shed light on this reality the way and on the scale she does, and that’s a big part of the reason she stays on.
How sad that she wanted to ride horses n Gigi wanted to play netball n study criminology! Yet that mother pushed them both into her dream!! Surely as a mother, you should want your kids to follow their dreams, not yours! SMDH
I hope they tell her to get effed, eat what they want and love themselves and best of all study and do what they really want and get out of that/those toxic industry!
Often times I’ve envied others only to realize they have issues I’ve never had to deal with. We must be careful about what we assume of others. Our preconceived notions of someone can be completely incorrect
at the end of the day, she has millions in her bank. she lives a lavish life, and that’s way more than 99% of the population will ever get. she should be grateful for what she has.
Her dad Mohamed is fantastic. He’s always posting her and Gigi, as well as his other children and telling them how beautiful they all are and how proud he is of them. The reason they are as nice as they are is because of their father. Yolanda is evil.
It is WILD that Bella could have ever been described as the “ugly” sister. If you naturally have light colored eyes against dark hair and olive skin, you automatically won the genetics lottery.
@TaeTae-yq3ef She absolutely was born blonde and started dying her hair. This is not a secret. She has talked about it many times. Just google her childhood pics. She was blonde
It's not a "Eurocentric" nose. It's an unnatural, overdone trend of a nose. No one is going to have it or want it in 5-10 years. It's not a nose that genetics create unless there's a problem. I'd say that Bella probably got way worse treatment than GiGi. Because she's the "ugly" sister so she has to work twice as hard to be a fraction as pretty. I'm the ugly sister, I've experienced this sort of thing.
Yeah I’ve always thought this comment was strange. Her “before” nose is incredibly common among Europeans, her after nose is rare regardless of background. I just get annoyed when everyone calls anything other than a small, upturned pixie like nose “ethnic” when statistically it’s not true
Eurocentric.. as if Europe was one nation and one culture. Especially in the southern und eastern countries in Europe you will find so many different shapes of noses. This button type of nose or the pixie (?) nose are more Caucasian nose types, I think
I've read many times that she's actually really sweet and kind!!! Very well mannered and always helps/consoles other models that are not treated as well as her!!! I've always liked her, I've always thought that she went through (still is, I think) so much pain to overcome her insecurities that's why she had so much plastic surgery and obviously starves herself to achieve an impeccable image in the fashion industry!!! Growing up with a very controlling/emotionally and physically abusive mother, also feeling that Gigi was the beautiful one between the two of them, clearly made Bella what she is today!!! 😔 💔
I know someone who works with her and her sister personally as a makeup artist and she says the two of them are some of the kindest and most polite celebrities she has ever met and she works with a lot of celebs. She’s a a celebrity makeup artist.
I've heard she had an adduction problem....and to the worst one , heroin. Hanging out with zayn can't have helped. I hope she gets rehab as it is the worst thing to quit apparently.
Bella has always a deep sadness in her eyes even if she smiles. I think deep inside she is empty. I hope one day she will find something that fill her heart.
What really stuck with me is her determination of being the most hardworking model. She said that she could never be the most beautiful out of all of them but she could always be the most hardworking - always on time, ready to do whatever is needed for the job. That’s honestly one of the best pieces of advice I’ve ever heard. I’m sorry that she has to go through so much pain and I hope she realizes that it’s not her fault she got a nose job at 14. Her parents should have done something to at least help her see the bad side to it. When you’re 14, you don’t get to make life-changing decisions just like that.
It’s really sad because brunettes are only considered non POC people. It further divides people. I hate that we have to have boxes that separates us. I really love everyone. Everyone deserves love
@@LIFESTYLE-ho5vd she is not brunette she was blond when she was a child and whe she grew up it turned dirty blond pretty much like her sister who does highlights to make it lighter. The thing with dark blond hair is that it appears dark most of the times only in daylight it appears blond
I have read that Bella Hadid had 100,000 $ of plastic surgery to get the perfect face. Imagine how she feels that she thought she needed all that to make it big in modeling while her sister made it without surgery.
Yeah well, Bella was the one made to feel like the "boring" and "ugly" one, Gigi was celebrated by her mom. So, not really fair to compare them like this. And MAYBE without surgery, possibly hooded eyelid surgery though as Stephanie discussed in a 2021 video as well as her teeth fixed, but I definitely think Gigi had some cheekbone, jaw and lipfiller.
This will sound terrible but I’ve always gravitated towards Bella more than Gigi. I just think bella is so beautiful idk (Gigi is obviously gorgeous aswell.. idk how to explain this lol)
@@emmaspencer1540 I think the same way. Years ago I just knew them through news outlets online, I didn’t know any of their history about their mom or any surgeries. Naturally gravitated towards Bella as I thought she was (and is) beautiful. Gigi looks unique in her features but I always sensed Bella had a more sensitive side inside her. Maybe it’s more relatable to the average person. So I get what you mean!
I don’t think her sister has had any surgeries, so she’s probably embarrassed to admit all the surgeries it took to be considered beautiful by her or her family’s or the modeling industry’s standards. In the shallow world she grew up in especially, why would she want to admit that?
Yolanda’s comments about the “All American girl” and not looking for Bella as well as praising Gigi’s looks…idk the correct word specifically to describe this is it colorism? racism? Eurocentric beauty standards? Idk but it’s definitely weird and shows how Yolanda views “non-white” features. Also adding to that the comment she made about “Chinese eyes” towards Gigi
She is just a narcissist trying to push her golden child into stardom: what better than identifying her as the perfect poster girl for “all American girl”?
why did she agree to have children with a middle eastern man in the first place?! You can't be that dumb and naive to think, your children would be only "european" and not have any middle eastern features.
Her cycle is so toxic. She’s posting crying photos saying social media is fake then posted perfect photoshop photos. This is what’s happening right now; people realizing that social media is fake and depressing but still participated in it’s shallowness
I have a very hard time feeling bad for her because she does seem like an incredibly toxic person. Of course she doesn't deserve to suffer but I don't think she needs my sympathy.
given her mom, like any abusive relationship, it's probably hard to. you guys on your "high horses" thinking your better because you're not in that situation. well, if you ever end up like that, i only hope you have support. this isn't the cool take you think it is. people are still people
When your mother is a narcissist, it takes so much distance and work as an adult to heal yourself and not have this internal dialogue where you are never good enough. Rich or not, not being loved by your own mother is a hurt that never goes away.
When I'm crying and feel awful, I can always rely on my parents to help me feel better. Yolanda is terribly insecure and has been projecting that on her daughters for a loooong time. Very sad. Gigi appears to be settled, so I hope Bella finds happiness and peace someday too
It’s so sad, but unfortunately I think so many of the people we look up to as “goals” are suffering incredibly from insecurity and mental health issues related to self esteem. I wish we could get away from seeing appearance and value as intertwined… yet at the same time I’m currently trying to lose weight because I want to feel attractive for my upcoming birthday… so even being aware of the problem I still fall into the trap!!
She is still more privelleged and blessed than most. I know people personally who live in a make shift tarpoline house here in Fiji. Bella and her upper class beauties have it alot easier than most people i know. Doesn't take away from things she has been through, its just that most people i know fight everyday to even get a meal on the table for their kids.
I want to hug Bella. I've criticized her nose for its unnatural appearance, but it's not her fault. It is an abuse that her parents allowed her to irreversibly modify her body at an age when we are all learning to deal with our appearance.
She had two nose jobs. So maybe one was actually at 14, but she did a more drastic one later on... don't be fooled by what a celebrity says on a magazine that's only allowed to ask very specific questions... looking at all the photos on this video, it's so freaking obvious she had one (or two as I believe nose job.s) but also a very APPARENT cat eye surgery or eye lift, and something done to her upper lip... her eyeshape changed completely (as her eyelid). It's not because she admits for ONE thing that all the rest is fake rumours... she's only admitting to one so people will leave her alone.
I relate to the 'controlling the food, because that is the only thing you can control in your life'. And it is horrible to get out of. It can become so ingrained in your mind, that even when you know it is wrong, you can't stop.
Honestly I think Bella’s original face looks like it would have aged beautifully into her late 20s and 30s. I would be so curious to see how she would look if she hadn’t gone under the knife.
@@thedailywisdom1851 sorry I never said or intended to imply that late 20s or 30s is old, I definitely don’t think that is old. Even 40 or 50 is not old in my opinion. I just meant to say that peoples faces change from their teens to their 20s and 30s. Sometimes people will lose some fat in their face making their features look more defined and I think this would have happened with Bella. I used the word “aged” because as time passes everyone ages, but it does not necessarily mean they become old, that depends on the amount of time that has passed.
I mean how did she think that she was going to actually lie about her nose job when it's so obvious, and people would believe it. I just wish all these celebs would just be honest so all the young girls growing up and thinking there just ugly instead of knowing that's there idols all have plastic surgery. I honestly feel for those girls because there mother scares me.

I wish Bella had maybe been around her older sisters more and learned to love herself more and be around positive people who look like she does naturally. I think if there'd been more of that then she wouldn't have felt the need to change herself to fit her mom and society's view of beauty. Because she's beautiful just as she was
every one is trying to be a model. And with that, every one is trying to stand out, which puts even more pressure on each person individually. I really hope she can go back to horse riding one day. I seriously feel for her
I love these videos 💖 and I do feel for Bella, however the vast majority of people aren’t as privileged as she was growing up. Many of us don’t have the luxury of living like her, neither do we have the same opportunities. Many of us are insecure and dislike way we look but we can’t afford to change anything and we are limited in terms of opportunities and financial freedom. This is a bit off topic but she is very lucky x
Financial freedom certainly is nice to have, but having loving and supportive parents is priceless, and that seems to be something that she was (at least partially) lacking growing up. Just saying, as someone whose family struggled financially growing up but had parents that never made me feel less-than, I don't envy Bella Hadid.
I have ME, which is similar to Lymes disease in symptoms and I would say having good health is a huge privilege that most people don't think about. She might be able to change the way she looks but she hasn't been able to change the endless debilitating symptoms she suffers with.
Sometimes it's worse to be able to afford all that because it makes you spiral down. If you can't afford it, you're forced to accept it and you end up living a more fulfilling life.
I once wrote this also on Twitter but I’m gonna repeat myself: Levantine features of Bella’s family have NEVER been ugly. I liked her before the cosmetic procedures. She was different and in a good way!
Meaning no offense, I love Levantine features too, but isn't her father Arab, i.e. the features are ultimately from the Arab peninsula, not the levant? Arab features are beautiful as well and I hate when people feel they have to change them.
@@alexanderk.6869 her dad is Palestinian, so he probably is both. I agree tho, Arab women are beautiful! She took a dna test a few years ago and she got: Levantine-Cyprus, Middle Eastern and southern Italian (along with north Western Europe from her mom). Pretty common in that area!
All of her face is different. Her eyes, cheeks, nose, chin are all different. I remember her on the Real Housewives of BH before the modeling started telling her mom she wasn’t as attractive as Gigi. This was when Gigi was starting modeling. I don’t believe she had had all of the facial surgery at that point.
I was anorexic as a teenager and as a mom, I would rather duct tape my mouth versus putting my old ideas on my kids. I feel sorry for their plight and battle and applaud how brave they are.
Biggest reason I refuse to go into the performance/modeling industry. The girls who go in are always so mistreated, abused, and their mental health is always in shambles from the expectations. No matter how rich you are, no matter how ‘protected’ you are, no matter how glamorous your life seems, it does not change the impact the industry has on the people who work within it. Being rich does not stop you from being depressed. Being rich does not stop you from having anxiety. Being rich does not stop you from having trauma.
It’s sad about the Lyme disease because her mom and brother have it too and Gigi is hypothyroid/hashimotos . It’s extra hard when your whole family health is struggling
Wow, this changed my whole perspective on her. I can definitely relate to her struggles. The crying spells and anxiety. Her posting those pics hits hard, because often I go through the same. Even with all the money and beauty we all experience similar difficulties in life.

@E. B. I'm suffering with the exact thing. Being brown its very very common for people like me yet people are often shamed for it and therefore I sometimes don't feel secure wearing the clothes of my choice.
This. I have it too around my eyes no matter what I do. I’ve tried to lighten it but I can’t. And on my inner thighs as well. Always felt bad about it, makes me hate having no makeup on.
Amazing video Stephanie. I would just like to add one thing. It is clearly parental abuse when a child at 14 yo has a rhinoplasty. Her mother is behind this. She made her feel bad for herself and have a cosmetic surgery at 14yo. In which universe is this normal!
@@pinkblossom1516 Well it is also abuse if you change your child’s kid sex with a surgery just because they like Barbie. What you are confusing is assisting transgender kids (which are not defined by liking barbie’s) to use puberty blockers (which is not surgery). Surgical gender reassignment at 14 to is not something that is done. Also, gender dysphoria is a diagnosable medical condition, not a “liking barbies” thing, and not a “I hate my nose” thing. If a 14 yo genuinely from their heart hates their nose, they can wait till they are 18yo and have a surgery to fix it. It won’t hurt them, on the contrary it will make it better for them, cause their face has reached their final proportions. Whereas, in the case of transgender kids, not administering puberty blockers in time, it will cause more agony and need for more surgeries later on.
@@pinkblossom1516 puberty blockers is not surgery. And cosmetic surgery in minors is legal with parental approval btw. If you cannot see the difference between persuading your 14yo daughter that her nose is so bad that she needs to do an excruciating surgery to alter it, and supporting your trans son, who really wants to not go through female puberty, into taking hormone puberty blockers, then I do not know what to tell you. The one case you manipulate your child into a surgery that is permanent and super painful, the other supports what your child independently wants and is reversible upon stopping the hormones. Unless you think people brainwash their kids into being trans in which case please check your tinfoil hat it has a leak 😉
I'm so glad you talked about her mother because I think that's where most of Bella and Gigi's insecurities (and ED) come from. All you have to do is watch clips of their old reality show to see how Yolanda talked to and about them. It's horrible.
I just want to say I love you Stephanie you are such an encouragement you are helping so many young women with their self-esteem as well as myself I'm not so young anymore but it seems my insecurities have never really gone away but your videos help me feel so much better and just plain happy to be a woman... so thanks again you're absolutely lovely not to mention gorgeous!!
I also think she had one of the Mediterranean beauty traits. She resamble a kind of Sophia Loren to me. We are all different, it looks like everybody has to be equal, like clones. The worst part is that she regrets that, I'm so sorry for her, she'll be better when she will put some limits to her mum I guess.
Steph, I’ve been a follower for many years now. Thank you doing these videos! I’m in my early 40’s and would hate to be growing up in these times of obsessive social media influence. Girls/young women need to see the other side. You’re a beautiful soul 🙌🏻
I’m 26… I was introduced to MySpace at 12 and Instagram at 16/17. Social media was not good for my esteem. That’s an understatement too. I deleted Instagram my sophomore year of college because I just couldn’t let it rule how I felt about myself anymore. I STILL get sad if I lose a friend on Fb… I know, pathetic because Fb isn’t a real place but social media does that to you
I have chronic Lyme disease and people have no clue what it's really like. I look at people now just living their normal lives and would give anything do wake up every day and just feel normal. The worst part is there are no doctors to help unless you pay thousands out of pocket. It sucks!!
I always felt sorry for her because she dated The Weeknd. That in itself must have been a nightmare. But that clip of Gigi’s graduation party made me sick. If she treated Gigi like that, I can only imagine how awful she must have been towards Bella.

The nose subject hits home to me. I have a big round nose like my indigenous great grandmothers. I spent many years of my life hating my nose. I went to a doctor to get evaluated and see what could be done to my nose but after that I just started hating it more. I started seeing more and more people that had nose jobs and they all looked the same to me. Eventually I just grew out of that and decided to get my septum pierced and accept me for who I am. My nose is like this because of my ancestors and I could never change that.
Honestly, I just wish she would 100% cone clean about her surgeries instead of claiming she just “grew up”. Like gurl🙄. I also don’t believe she regrets any of them tbh.
Exactly!!! it angers me so much that people still feel the need to bring up the fact that she lies about her plastic surgery and that everyone still calls her fake, like, we *know* she's had surgery, it's old news at this point. we need to start paying attention to the fact that she was probably forced into doing these things by her mother, and that she didn't even want this life to begin with, it's so sad 😭.
oh! boohooo!! do you know who I pray for? people dying of hunger, people sick with cancer, girls who had their genitals mutilated, girls who were attacked with acid and I could go on, not this privileged rich girl who's had every leg up in life and still complains. if she really hated it all, she could just step away and live an anonymous life, she's an adult now.
Or you can go through everything Bella's been through but without the gift of wealth. Even though she's likeable and I don't have ill feelings towards her, I'm not gonna cry for her when millions of people who don't have a platform go through so much more.
The clips I've seen of Yolanda talking about food and their bodies is just *insanely toxic* I always thought my mom was bad, my first memory I have is of me jumping rope on our deck when I was like 5-6, and my mom coming out and telling me to go faster, because my genes are shit and no matter what I do, I'll be fat once I'm an adult. My mom always stressed that I would be fat as an adult no matter what, but atleast she wasn't sitting there insinuating that the only way I'll be worthy, is if I'm beautiful and skinny and perfect. Yolanda is so toxic it's honestly crazy
Honestly, my family had a much bigger influence on my E.D than any other thing. Yollanda is toxic, and she is the one who erased bella's features, when you are 14 you trust your parents to make the best decisions for YOU, but Yollanda did it for herself.
Also kudos to Bella for posting the pics of her crying. She gets flack and I never understand why? It’s the best thing she’s ever done in terms of shining a light on mental health struggles but also the reality of living with a chronic illness.
We do tend to appreciate the outer beauty but what really makes you beautiful is inner beauty. I appreciate my family for giving me such a beautiful and unique face.
She may not understand what it is to grow up like we did... but we also don’t know what it is to grow up as she did. If you’ve never been sad in a Lamborghini then you have no idea if you would rather. Sometimes a bigger house just makes you even more lonely. I think we all face our own struggles and I don’t judge
That's what it seems like. But what do these things actually change? If you're feeling like shit, mentally broken etc., I don't think it matters what car or house you have. Those things don't change any of your internal problems. ESPECIALLY if you grew up like that and don't know any different. Those things are nothing special for you then
....the hell is the point of having tons of shit that doesn't do anything to alter your mentality for the better? Lemme guess: garnering the attention from other's is the "remedy" from feeling like shit all the time. Lmao....this kind of mentality is a major part of the equation as to why we have such an empty, suicidal, masochistic, obsessively vain, self-centered population addicted to celebrity worship.
I grew up extremely wealthy. We had maids, cooks, chauffeurs, and guards. We ran in some high society circles and lived overseas for most of my childhood. I had every material thing I could ask for including a horse that I loved dearly. From the outside looking in, it looked like I had everything a girl could ever want and my life was golden. Let me tell u what the inside was - my father was an abusive alcoholic. He beat my mom and us kids. He also raped me for 8 yrs of my childhood. If I wanted to ride my horse or even feed and water him, I had to “perform” for my father. If I didn’t, my horse went unfed, unwatered, and unexercised. I performed bc I loved my horse. I performed bc I didn’t want him to kill my mother which he threatened to do regularly. I also tried to commit suicide 3x in my late 20’s until I got therapy which literally saved my life. Being sad in a mansion and a Lamborghini isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Pls don’t wish for that and pls don’t joke about that. U have no idea what it can really be like.
I’ve got a soft spot for Bella. It must have been so hard growing up feeling like she did. I hope she’s able to overcome everything she’s been through.
For me, seeing those post about her crying for three years every day and talking about her mental health struggles just reminds me of how much dieting (and basically starving) had an effect on my mental health. Starving can bring out depression or depressive episodes so easily I just feel like this should be talked about more and why so many models suffer like this.
If she wants to change things, she has the resources. She could get a ton of therapy, go to a retreat in the middle of nowhere and find peace. She doesn't want to
I think part of her struggle is needing and wanting validation and she can fulfill that through the fame and attention modeling gives her, even though it doesn’t TRULY make her happy. Hopefully one day she will seek therapy and it will guide her in a healthier direction and she can come to terms with this.
Like maybe she can do something with horses again? She'd probably never reach the olympics or compete much since she's been out of the game for so long, but maybe she can do something else? From what I know she has millions, she could start a horse rescue or horse rehabilitation, some kind of retreat with horses. She could get good infrastucture, hire the best staff. It should be more fulfilling than what she does now
I really feel empathy for her, parents who push their dreams on their kids really damage them. You have to love your kids and let them choose their own path.
Totally agree! They all end up looking the same when they get plastic surgery. I think all of these celebs who got work done were actually more beautiful beforehand because of their unique features.
I've always genuinely been feeling so sorry for Bella. I know it sounds ridiculous; a nobody feeling sorry for super famous, riddiculously rich, super beautiful and sucessful girl, but I truly do. I genuinely wish her healed and find her peace and happiness.
The "doctor" that did her nose job should be put in prison for child abuse and medical malpractice. How is it acceptable in our society to do that to a child?
I hope you're not implying that a child can't decide on her own on a nose job, or sex change? She could have probably shopped around for a better surgeon, but at the end of the day, it was her own decision. Children know better what's best for them, and adults should listen and allow them to have access to life-saving medical care!
She's still very young and i hope she takes care of herself and finds more people who love and respect her for her heart. Honestly this is a great reminder for all of us who feel bad looking at the seemingly perfect lives of these public figures but then you realise how they've had to deal with their own issues too. Can't imagine how hard it must have been for her to do make-up,glam etc and walk down elegantly on a runway then go back to crying and feeling alone ...for 3 damn yrs :((
Another great video, thank you Stephanie 🙏❤ love how you stay respectful and supportive of the women you comment on, but highlight how not all that glitters is gold so the rest of us are reminded that we are human and no one's life or looks are perfect as it might appear online. We should all show kindness to ourselves and others.
If someone asked me would I like to be depressed and dirt poor, or extreamly privileged and depressed I would chose rich, Bella has no idea what it feels like to not have food or shoes, or abused sexually and physically, I was born in the USA but at twenty years old I didn't even know how to read and write. The abuse was so severe.
Despite all the insecurities and comparison growing up, Bella never resented her sister (so admirable and mature) she's always praising her and looking up to her. And that says a lot about her ❤ So proud of her and can't wait to see her growth!
I feel like her "hates to be touched" thing stems from something that horrible that happened to her sometime in her life. I have the same hate. If someone randomly touches me, it freaks me out. I have to see the touch coming and mentally prepare for it... even then it sometimes makes me feel weird. Mine stemmed from a horrible thing that happened to me as a child that I brought into adulthood. I also struggle(d) with anorexia for the same reason.. having a life that felt out of control and yearning for something I actually had control over. We can definitely relate to her.
“i cant believe you just did that” all she did was eat a bite of cake… this way of thinking and living is beyond me. especially forcing it into your loved ones.
As a youngest sister with 3 older sisters, you definitely watch how your older sisters and your mother interact, and that affects you also. You may decide to rebel against it, but even if you make a conscious effort to reject their beliefs and behaviors, you still absorb all of that as deep down insecurities and beliefs that are really hard to get rid of. So even if Bella only observed Gigi being spoken to or treated certain ways by their Mom, she definitely would have been highly influenced by all of that. I reached my 50s, and it wasn’t until my mother passed away recently that I finally got free of her overwhelming presence hanging over me and am just now starting to be able to heal from the toxicity of a mother who was always criticizing my older sisters for their looks. I didn’t even get the brunt of it, but I absorbed it all the same. My older sisters still hold onto those toxic beliefs of the previous generation. It can be so hard to shake all of that negativity. But when you’re the younger one you don’t just get this stuff from your parents, you also get it from your older siblings. It’s like an entire family system of dysfunction that just seems normal to you. I’m sure Bella assumed constantly second guessing eating a tiny piece of cake was just normal. It’s sad.
Just dropping by again to say THANK YOU for posting the material you do-- I think it will help a lot of people, maybe mostly younger girls and women, but ANYone can benefit from the truths you lay out in a lot of your vids. Brava! You're doing good work here.

There are literally videos of Yolanda talking down on Asian facial features, trying to make her children starve themselves, and favoring Gigi because she has blonde hair & blue eyes. Bella totally regrets her decision to get a nose job and is upset she couldn't be an athlete.
Out of everything that was said here that's what you picked up?? Shes struggling with mental health like anyone, rich or not. She was 14. You cant get surgery unless your parents sign off on it. Imagine how much othe crap her mom made her get at that age.
I feel for her. Really. I too had a nose job at 14, because my mom wanted me to be pretty. She pressured me by basically insulting me. She wrecked my self steem. 20 yeara later I'm still trying to grow some self love. Seeing other people in similar dynamics honestly helps me realize there's nothing shameful in me. Amd don't blame so much on my mom either, having such twisted believes about appearance is proof of how damaged she also is.
I am middle eastern and have disliked my nose since I was young was also bullied for having a big nose when I think of it like you said erasing my heritage essentially makes me rethink things Also having major surgery so young kids do not realize that this will be a life long thing once you get a rhinoplasty you have to take special care of it for rest of your life
I said this because my mom went through rhinoplasty also and regrets it While people commenting on my ethnicity because of my nose is annoying I actually don’t care about how my nose looks now and I don’t think it’s worth going through trouble ….I already can’t breathe so I can’t imagine
Great video. What’s so sad is that all these celebrities have plastic surgeries to look “natural” but they don’t admit it. Bella will be the “IT” girl for a few years, then she’ll be replaced by the next crop and if you’re lucky you have or get good support to deal with all the emotions/trauma that super modeling suppressed.
Omgosh this made me sad. I hope Bella finds something that will give her joy, and also that she can recover her health fully. I'm shocked at that cake clip and her mother's extreme obsession with how much cake they should eat, but most of all I feel sorry for Bella that her mother might have made cruel comparisons between Bella and Gigi... it's not something a parent should ever do, it's hurtful and plain wrong. I hope she can find something that lights her up, a cause, caring connections, something of her own...
I mean these ppl have all the money and resources in the world … money, doctors, psychiatrists, plastic surgery, dental care, time off from work, relaxing vacations, etc. why they don’t take advantage of all of that is really beyond me. Hard to have compassion for someone that has access to all the help that so many people need but chooses not to use it
Bella is an adult and has enough money to do the hell what ever she wants, live wherever she wants and do whatever career she wants. Nobody should be crying over the life of an extremely privileged individual who can literally live whatever life they wish.
Getting a nose job at 14, does not say much to me about Bella. Instead it says more about her parent(s). Mainly Yolanda, as they were living with her. If they signed off on her to get the nose job at that age, this means it was allowed and approved by them. I used to watch RHOBH wayyyyyyyyyyyy back , and this issue with Bellas confidence was very visible.

Hi Steph ! I've been wanting to talk about it for a long time now,
HYPERPIGMENTATION IS REAL!!

Very well said
I want to hug Bella. I've criticized her nose for its unnatural appearance, but it's not her fault. It is an abuse that her parents allowed her to irreversibly modify her body at an age when we are all learning to deal with our appearance.
I do too. Poor sweetie.
:,)
She had two nose jobs. So maybe one was actually at 14, but she did a more drastic one later on... don't be fooled by what a celebrity says on a magazine that's only allowed to ask very specific questions... looking at all the photos on this video, it's so freaking obvious she had one (or two as I believe nose job.s) but also a very APPARENT cat eye surgery or eye lift, and something done to her upper lip... her eyeshape changed completely (as her eyelid). It's not because she admits for ONE thing that all the rest is fake rumours... she's only admitting to one so people will leave her alone.
@@breakdiinternet7186 “I had one nose job when I was 14” we aren’t blind Isabella.
I just want to know why it seems so drastic. She’s beautiful, they kind of over-did her nose it seems like.
Late 20s is still SO YOUNG, GTFO WITH TELLING PEOPLE THAT THEY ARE OLD IN THEIR LATE 20S OR 30S!
Exactly…to me her natural nose was her best feature!
I agree, she would have been stunning as is
@@WatermelonThief I appreciate your explanation!!
I mean how did she think that she was going to actually lie about her nose job when it's so obvious, and people would believe it. I just wish all these celebs would just be honest so all the young girls growing up and thinking there just ugly instead of knowing that's there idols all have plastic surgery. I honestly feel for those girls because there mother scares me.
its because of people like you who would constantly judge her for having p.s, making it harder for her to say it.i don't believe she's happy about the fact she lied but insecurity can have a toll on you especially when you have an all perfect sister your always being compared too

tysm Stephanie for normalizing regular life and bodies for teenage girls!! Ilysm 💕
True, but she looks like Bella at the same time 🙂
I wish Bella had maybe been around her older sisters more and learned to love herself more and be around positive people who look like she does naturally.
Stephanie, thank you for posting videos so often. you literally make me feel so much better and most importantly, normal about myself
@@alexanderk.6869Palestine is in the Levant region. I know this is an old comment, but just wanted to make this small correction 😊
Yolanda should have never had children. This is not how a good mother acts. I am so sorry for her children.
Hi Steph ! I've been wanting to talk about it for a long time now,
HYPERPIGMENTATION IS REAL!!
Yes I would love a video about hyperpigmentation!
Yes please!
Yes please!!!!!
Reminds me of krusty jenner and her kids.
I don’t get it , why in the west it’s ok to change a kid sex by surgery because he likes Barbie but have a nose plastic surgery?
@@BioBioLove then it should be legal to children to have surgery plastic or not
@@pinkblossom1516 puberty blockers is not surgery.
Steph you are phenomenal for putting out these videos. Truly, they are justice and you are championing women everywhere.
I think she's Dutch (northern europe) and Arab (Arab peninsula), not Mediterranean. But I agree that there's beauty in difference.
@@alexanderk.6869 she is Palestinian so Mediterranean not Arab pansiwella like you said
Steph, I’ve been a follower for many years now. Thank you doing these videos! I’m in my early 40’s and would hate to be growing up in these times of obsessive social media influence. Girls/young women need to see the other side. You’re a beautiful soul 🙌🏻
I'm early 30s. Even when I was a teenager, it wasn't this bad. It was pretty bad, but the badness was limited. Now it seems unlimited.
It sucks!!
Yes I know it's awful and people gaslight me too .It's an awful disease
I’m sorry to hear that, sending you prayers ❤
I saw a clip of their mom telling Gigi she can’t have any of her own birthday cake on her birthday 🥺 just imagine what happens behind closed doors
I always felt sorry for her because she dated The Weeknd. That in itself must have been a nightmare. But that clip of Gigi’s graduation party made me sick. If she treated Gigi like that, I can only imagine how awful she must have been towards Bella.
Nightmare how? I’m not too familiar with the weeknd
@@IlikepurpleXP judging by their on again off again relationship; and honestly, how he describes himself in his own music. He’s incredibly toxic- unfaithful, manipulative, and dishonest
Not all glitter is gold!🤷♀️ that's all i can say..
I don't know where this "Europeans have small, thin noses" thing comes from. I'm 100% European and I have a big fat nose 🤣
right? actually african and asian women have the smallest noses. differently shaped yeah, but europeans usually have prominent, angular noses.

Yolanda emotionally abused those girls. I hope they can heal.
this beautiful girl is dying inside while living someone else's dream. pray she finds her true self and passion.

Exactly!!! it angers me so much that people still feel the need to bring up the fact that she lies about her plastic surgery and that everyone still calls her fake, like, we *know* she's had surgery, it's old news at this point. we need to start paying attention to the fact that she was probably forced into doing these things by her mother, and that she didn't even want this life to begin with, it's so sad 😭.
oh! boohooo!! do you know who I pray for? people dying of hunger, people sick with cancer, girls who had their genitals mutilated, girls who were attacked with acid and I could go on, not this privileged rich girl who's had every leg up in life and still complains. if she really hated it all, she could just step away and live an anonymous life, she's an adult now.
No Yolanda made those two mediocrities rich and famous. How is she a bad mother?
I mean … i’d rather be sad in lamborgini and 85m$ mansion than to be sad and broke🤷🏻♀️
Gurl sit tf down..that's literally so insensitive of u
She doesn't want to
Yeah she craves the attention.
I think part of her struggle is needing and wanting validation and she can fulfill that through the fame and attention modeling gives her, even though it doesn’t TRULY make her happy. Hopefully one day she will seek therapy and it will guide her in a healthier direction and she can come to terms with this.
Bad mental health could make you never take action
Like maybe she can do something with horses again? She'd probably never reach the olympics or compete much since she's been out of the game for so long, but maybe she can do something else? From what I know she has millions, she could start a horse rescue or horse rehabilitation, some kind of retreat with horses. She could get good infrastucture, hire the best staff. It should be more fulfilling than what she does now
I really feel empathy for her, parents who push their dreams on their kids really damage them. You have to love your kids and let them choose their own path.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I’m not against having work done but, there is something lost when it’s done.. that unique charm that can’t be replicated.
Not once, in the middle of anxiety/depression despair, did i stop to think oh this would be a good moment to take a selfie.
Can't imagine how hard it must have been for her to do make-up,glam etc and walk down elegantly on a runway then go back to crying and feeling alone ...for 3 damn yrs :((
Those crying pics of her are just heartbreaking. It's a cry for help literally
The audio quality is really nice on the video! I also like the gifs you included.
As you said.... nobody knows what happens behind closed doors . I always thought Yolanda was always strongly responsible.
I feel for her, I've seen the way her mother speaks to both girls and it's just so backhanded.
Despite all the insecurities and comparison growing up, Bella never resented her sister (so admirable and mature) she's always praising her and looking up to her. And that says a lot about her ❤
So proud of her and can't wait to see her growth!
“i cant believe you just did that” all she did was eat a bite of cake… this way of thinking and living is beyond me. especially forcing it into your loved ones.
bella's insecurity seemingly stems from her mum's treatment of her. it's very apparent how yolanda prefers gigi over bella.
The sound on this is AMAZING Steph!!!! Congratz on the upgrade ^-^
Oh thank you for noticing!!! I got another new microphone 😆❤️
It’s sad.

when I think of it like you said erasing my heritage essentially makes me rethink things

Kids can be monsters. I don’t think I would think your nose is ugly!
I said this because my mom went through rhinoplasty also and regrets it

A lot of people think that being rich, beautiful and famous would solve all their problems but it would really just give them different problems
Those photos of her crying is to look aesthetic regardless of the reason, that's why she posts them please
