The factory trigger is actually adjustable. But it does not come that way from the factory you have to do it yourself and they don't advertise it because soldiers aren't supposed to be messing with that. The NATO mag model does have the same magazine release and does have a last shot boat hold open.
There are several aftermarket triggers and also aftermarket magazine releases including AK style paddle magazine releases.
