They have a great respect and friendship for each other. And Chris ( off the court of course) was always a big supporter of Martina both on defecting and coming out. They have quite the personal history. Martina introduced Chris to her second husband and Chris was at Martina's wedding to her wife.

Sorry to disappoint you, but Navratilova IS a boy!...who...Transgendered, OK? And she is not the only one in that field! (As well as many other "fields"!) Sad, because I am a "real woman", and was a huge fan of "her". This world has gone upside down! What a shame.
