I love that place, used to embark upon and although I have an insane fear of heights, I enjoyed the high of being so scared! I like the surrounding area and the summer fun is no joke either!
I've ridden the gondola at silver mountain before it's peaceful I did it in summer with my mom when she came up to visit me from colorado springs I lived in cda for many years. I'm not a huge skier but I've been snow shoeing at silver mountain once or twice and at Schweitzer mountain.
We actually didn't have enough snow for a lot of this project! We did this in the middle of the years first solid snowfall in February. But we had 4 activities cancel on us due to lack of snow. Ice fishing, Ice Climbing, Snowmobiling the selkirk loop and heli skiing.
@@JonConti a 3 week road trip toward redwoods then north into WA. East to sandpoint and south through Idaho to the father in law in boise.. and prolly spend some time in Cascades at their cabin 😁😁
I think they were going to take out chair 4 (the old double) and replace it with two new chairs, one at the bottom and one that will be at the mid way.

I loved the time that I went there but when I went on chair 4 my brother and I got stuck on it for 15 minutes.

Ya some of those lifts are no joke if you have a fear of heights! I've done the downhill mountain biking here in the summer and that's incredible

I didn't even know you could snowshoe at Silver! We did downhill mountain biking at Silver one year, that was rad.
