- Please excuse my typos and spelling mistakes, I make a mean Boil Up and Fry Bread but my editing skills are rubbish.
We do not have Boil Up much but when we do, we make sure we have plenty of left overs. This is the most favorite dish in our home is the Boil & Up and Fry Bread.

At last....someone who removes scum off the top. I thought I was the only one lol. I'm so hungry for boil up but my partner turns his nose up at our beautiful boil up. I might get me a glass cooker and cook outside. Thanks for your video I love it.

Maori seem to like sweetening their fried bread with sugar now. I thought only the Islanders did that sort of thing... I prefer without it... just saying.

Not all Maori, the sugar is mainly there for the yeast. But it's up to you if you want your bread sweet or not. There is so much that is not good for the Tirana, but hei aha, each to their own. Their bodies, their choice.😊
