- Today we make this classic and iconic egg fried rice dish from the famous and renowned Din Tai Fung. They make some of the best fried rice we've ever had and after recreating their delicious recipe we share it with all of you! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup cooked overnight rice
- 1 chopped scallion
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
- 2 teaspoons oyster flavor sauce (optional)
