Thank you for such a valuable lecture , but i am kind of confused. If film screen mammo has better resolution as well as image contrast than digital mammography then why are we able to detect fine details like microcalcification in digital mammography better than film screen mammo?
You know there are 2 types of resolution in radiography 1) spartial resolution 2) contrast resolution So screen film mammo has a better spartial resolution than digital mammo Where as digital mammo has a better contrast resolution than screen film mammo.
Thank you for your amazing lectures, I understand medical physics far better than how my textbooks teach it! Please keep posting

Thanks for this informative section... ❣️❣️...it's really useful for us ....as a radiology student...i need such a lecture regularly 😍
Very nice talk. Very easy to understand
Continue to support our channel, more videos will be coming to you very soon
As a research scientist in breast tomosynthesis reconstruction, you summarized it very well.
thank you
Excellent
This was so informative and relatively easy to understand 🙏

@@GeneralRadiology that’s very helpful
Thanks 🙏 a lot sir.
I was thinking digital mammo has better spatial resolution 😮
@@mcabanumyes it has better spatial resolution than film screen radiography
