    How do you apply to o'clock method, along with MULD, if you only have a MLO or CC view to work with, not both?

      If you only have one of the images, then you'll only be able to narrow the area of interest to one half of the breast. Upper or Lower with MLO and Lateral or Medial with CC...MULD wouldn't t be helpful anymore as you can't pinpoint it any further than a side.
      This does happen sometimes when an irregularity can only be seen in one image, you end up scanning that portion of the breast. It happens a lot with lymph nodes.

    Mam I have a question if we press the breast would the nipple remain at the same postion or postion will be displaced. So we have to find another way of finding the region. ( I am nota bio student i am a Cs student ) pls help me thank you.
