I’m a mother of two and a grandmother of three. Great tips I wish I had known about 36 years ago!! To all the expectant parents, just do the best you can and keep a sense of humor. Not every day will go as planned. But I always said it’s the hardest job you’ll ever love the most!!!

Held a baby for the first time about a year and a half ago and my wife and I didn’t think we could conceive but here we are little baby Cameron is due in early may, thank you for the video!
Babies really are little people... who are so grateful whenever they are immediately changed into a dry, clean diaper - (i remember that i sure was!!!) So wonderful that more adults are more aware of how much loving attention is necessary for their little one... babies need more than food and diaper changes. Merely without intelligent loving attention, they suffer harm - and some can even die.
I been watching to many baby videos cause my fiance is 3 month pregnant n I'm doing my best to be there n understand all she is gonna go thru and taking care of our baby. But every video I had watch there is no guys asking I was afraid. My excitement to be good with my new soon born is way bigger than be afraid.
Maybe it’s the hormones but I felt myself tearing up during the video 😂 I just can’t believe I’m about to be a mommy and this is what I’m going to be experiencing. I’m so excited 💙✈️March 25, 2022
This video is soooo helpful, especially for someone like me who is expecting their first child & never even had a puppy to take care of 😩 I’ll need all the help I can get. Thank you soo much ❤️
Yep. I just had my first child. And I have never had a puppy or anything to take care of either. When she or he is napping if you are not to tired do all the research you can about these cute little bundle of Joy's or when you get pregnant do research or it helps to keep in contact with your family and get their advice that already has kids. My go to family members to ask for advice on my newborn is my 2 cousins and my aunt and my sister.
I just found out that I am 5 weeks and this really is a lifesaver to watch. I have been a little anxious, but this really does help. Thank you. I will definitely be watching more!🥰
I’m due next week I’m hoping I can be the best mommy for her I didn’t grow up with a good mother or father and I want my daughter to have what I couldn’t I’m so excited to meet her 💜 I know the world kinda sucks right now but we must try to be better for the sake of our children who are gonna be the future. Please teach good morals, life is so crazy right now and everyone has been rude and awful this last year and a half with the pandemic going on I know everyone is hoping it will end but it probably won’t for a few years maybe more based on how people are acting over it right now so please be mindful of everyone its a tough time for all of us.
As soon as I started this video (I'm on a new dad journey hopefully soon) I heard your voice and it is almost exactly the pitch, cadence and even slight lisp that my little sister has. It's almost like she's giving me these tips. (The ones either parent could use, not the breastfeeding part haha)
i’m so thankful for this. i never really had anyone to teach me or any practice with newborns so i’ve been having to learn all the tips and tricks myself because i’m going to be a mother very soon! thank you - any tips would be appreciated ❤️
I'm trying to decide whether I want to have kids and watched this video to get a better picture of what having a newborn is like. I gotta say, I feel more positive about it now. Your tricks looked really nifty and your calm confidence makes me feel more confident, too. Thanks :)
Please spend time with kids of all ages lol. This is a very short period- you aren’t just having a baby. You’ll also be having a 4, 5, 6 year old. A 14 year old. I’ve worked with so many kids and I feel people never consider this, they just want “a baby.”
I'm Due in April and eagerly waiting to meet my baby girl. This video had been extremely helpful for new mommies. I've learned a lot and will definitely follow the best routine for her. Thank you soooo much for sharing with us. 😘 😉 😍
Thanks for being so open and unbiased on the breastfeeding / bottle feeding. So many "traditional" Asian parents here are so hell bent on breastfeeding that when I tell them I don't plan on breastfeeding long, I get criticized, almost as though they're implying I'm going to be a bad mother! 33 weeks now and absolutely can't wait to meet my little nugget!
You will learn pretty quickly that there will be a lot of people who criticize you, family is usually the first to(I am Mexican it’s bad in my culture as well) Where pretty much your success is measured upon how much you survived the struggle. But the same people who criticize, got the same criticism. And guess what ? They also made made mistakes. If not in feeding then in other areas. They are not the perfect parents either 😱 We all make mistakes, no one has it figured out. The beauty of parenthood is learning through your own experience and mistakes. You cannot hurt your baby unless you intentionally try to.
@@ElisabethMiller it was wonderful! The spinal was the only part I was nervous about! Your feet get warm and tingling then it travels up your body! Super weird! My recovery wasn’t anywhere near as bad as others had told me (but everyone is different!) the only recommendation I have it COMPRESSION! Compression shorts, underwear, etc! It helps so much! Take things slow and love that little one to pieces! Good luck Mama! ♥️

I love your video! I'm expecting my first this December, and I'm a little nervous about the newborn stage, even though I've worked with babies and children for the last decade, I've never experienced a newborn. I absolutely love how your video was unbiased, not shaming those who choose to bottle feed, and I couldn't agree more that babies can not be spoiled. I'll be sending this video to my partner as I know he feels like I have a bit of a leg up in this, and you video was easy to follow and linked several topics together that t I know will be helpful for my partner.
