    We just glassed some jumbo muley's in Ely Nevada last week. To quote Tom Petty, "the waiting is the hardest part."

      Adventure On Back in the late 70's & early 80's My Dad was part owner of the A Y Canyon ranch in Caliente. Some of the biggest Muley's I've ever seen were there. Every year we hunted a different area. The Ruby Mountains, around Ely, Elko and Winnemucca, Battle Mtn and Caliente. Then it wasn't unusual to see 350 lb 5x5 Giants sporting, upwards of 200" inches. My best Buck was taken just eight miles north of Caliente in 88. He scored 186" typical 4x4 with a spread of 46" The only full shoulder Mount I've ever hung, He still hangs on my wall. The genetics in that part of the world were outstanding back then. I hope you find them flourishing now. Good luck my friend.

      @@wadehedger2416 Y'all had some solid areas to hunt in those parts. They definitely grown em big out here. I used to live Cold Creek in the mountains of Southern Nevada. It wasn't unusual to see 10 - 12 cow elk bed down in the yard around coffee 30 and muley's roamed as freely as the wild mustang. Talk about year round temptation!

      @@adventureonwithchris9092 Amen to that. I was 17 and I was with my father going to Delta Utah Via an old (dirt) canyon road. Run across a herd of close to 40. Used to see them regular in them days. What a sight. What I wouldn't give to go back...........

    Wilson (Jacob Aldene), you bag Tombo's hair? Even though it'd make that volleyball head of yours bigger, it might cover up some ugly.

      Deer are color blind ... They can't distinguish between orange and camo... They get spooked off of scents, sounds, and motion

    Go figure a "Buck Commander" can't handle a real hunt. Gets tired and bored after one day of hunting...

      Patrick McDonald whitetail hunting is totally different from Muley hunting, any well educated sportsman should know that😂 and since these dudes are predominately whitetail hunters, it makes since they would be unaccustomed to the high country.

  • @davidheard898
    @davidheard898 4 года назад

    Y’all white tail hunters don’t really know real hunting like this

    • @jonh.5630
      @jonh.5630 4 года назад

      So now white tail hunting isn’t real hunting? Good one man, tv shows make it look easy. Trust me it isn’t as easy as it looks.

    do you feel anything when that deer is dying because of you ? . not saying that you should'nt eat and hunt when you are starving . picture this wolf comes out of woods and take you child away to feed his family . whose fault is it ? your's who couldn't protect his child or wolf who's needs to eat . cuz if wolf don't feed his family they will starve . MY QUESTION IS DO YOU FEEL ANYTHING WHEN THAT DEER IS IN PAIN AND BLEEDING ?
