Just a FYI to everyone who is using this method. Make sure to run cinebench stress test, BMW stress test, and blender to ensure 110% stability and make sure to run it continuously for 24hrs! The included stress test on intel extreme tuning prog is very conservative on the stress test. I passed a 5.0 oc to all cores on the intel stress test but it failed on cinebench, bmw, and blender. So that means its a fail.
while watching my laptop slowed down, froze then i got BSOD :/ it restarted after 2 minutes and when i opened MSI afterburner my mem was at 5000 boost lol now its back to normal

But when it stays on that and sometimes even goes above it is damaging. But mine goes back to 93 then after 40 seconds to 100 and back down to 93. And laptop has good cooling, you could probably tell cause a laptop makes a loud noice when the CPU is working.

How do you safely restore all your settings back to default? I tried to uninstall the program and check the box that says go back to default but even so my overclock settings are still applied. I believe my overclocking is the main reason behind the stutters I experience while gaming.

currently it is only supported to modern intel cpus, we can't overclock older cpus with software

Well yeah. You can't overclocked locked cpus with or without this program. Thats where the name locked and unlocked come from
